Mack cut through my cable line and instead of simply knocking on my door or leaving me a note, decided to just not say anything. It was obvious that they'd cut the line (you could see it clearly in the hole) and yet ignored it. Sounds like a minor thing, but if they're willing to ignore a small issue that could have been solved quickly and easily, I'd be concerned if something major were to occur.Things happen, I get it, I'd just hoped for the tiniest bit of courtesy regarding it.
