I love the koi fish here, all different sizes and colors. It's very well kept, it's one of my favorite places in Kelowna to go to. Free, right by the library and downtown at the lakeside. You'll love it.

What a lovely place to visit. When this garden was designed and built, the focus was creating a tranquil space. They succeeded. On entering the gardens you completely become emersed and forget about the noise pollution outside. Well worth talking a moment out of ones busy day.

Cute little Japanese free garden to check out! Water is pretty green with Algaes but still a great place to visit

Beautiful gardens but shocked at the state of the pond. The water was so dirty

Lovely Japanese garden in the heart of the city center at Kelowna. Quick walk from the city hall and Main Street parking brought us to this garden almost hidden from tourists eyes. Visited late winter/ early spring - without much bloom on flowering plants - was able to witness the beauty of the emergence of life on what looked like dead trees. Can’t help but marvel at the amazing thing called nature.

A not too visible small garden behind the City Hall. When I visited in July, there are quite a number of beautiful waterlilies.

Very well taken care of Japanese garden. The trees and shrubs are expertly trimmed and maintained. I really enjoyed the koi pond. Unfortunately, there's no bell to ring (or at least, I didn't see it) and it was fairly crowded when we were there, so it wasn't as tranquil as some other Japanese gardens I've been to. If I was in the area, I'd visit again to see if it was a little quieter but I don't know that I would make a special trip out to see it. It is free to visit though, so the price is right.

Beautiful, well cared for gardens in the middle of the city. A quiet oasis. It is cute and little so spend about 15-20 minutes here or as long as you like. Areas of sun and shade.

I love how it's always a calm and magical feeling walking into the garden. It's a moment to pause the life outside to just sit and relax and enjoy the calm nature around you. I love bringing people from out of town here and they always say the same thing too. Wow it's so beautiful and peaceful""
