Seems UPS employs dishonest drivers - note on tracking indicated that they 'attempted delivery' on 2 different days, Fri and Mon; both days I was at delivery location and no one showed up to the door. Customer Support took down info and promised someone would look into it and have someone get back to me. No one did. Third time around, the person at UPS was most helpful. Website still did not update based on info communicated so I'll wait to see if they actually follow through as indicated.

Absolutely the WORST courier service. Costco needs to switch to another company. For 7 days, I have been receiving emails that my package is out for delivery....then i receive emails, saying sorry we missed you. They were never here. I finally got someone on the phone this morning who said, you will het a call in an hour from dispatch. Haven't received a call yet. Apparently they didn't have my apartment number. Obviously not, I live in a house. They have the right address....just not delivering. Very poor customer service.

UPS, you have lied, misled and wasted my time this entire week. Your customer agents have no idea what they are doing and purposely mislead and lie in order to get the customer off the phone and move on to the next customer to do the same thing to.I ordered a package from the US and asked for the necessary paper work to self clear my package. I received no email back. I called an Agent on Monday and was told that he would send me the necessary paper work in a day. This never happened.I called the next day having never received any paper work and was told the agent on Monday did not do it properly. This agent assured me it was done properly and i would receive it in 24 hours. Nothing cameCalled on Wednesday and was told nothing had been done for my paper work but he would take care of it and i would have the necessary documents to self clear my package within 2 hours. Nothing came. Called back in 2 hours to find out I had to wait 2 days to get the paper work to clear customers as they had to reverse the brokerage fees they paid. UPS NEVER ASKED TO REPRESENT ME AND BROKERAGE ANY FEES FOR ME.Looked on the website today and see the package is now being returned to sender, with the note saying I had refused package. NOT TRUE!Called again, spoke to an agent who told me I had refused the package at the door, never happened. I have video of the driver dropping off a note 2 days in a row, not ringing the door bell, not attempting to speak to me.Package is now being returned to sender!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?What is wrong with you as a company? How is this customer service? You purposely waste peoples time, mis lead, lie and waste your staffs time.Fix this!

Unable to successfully deliver packages on multiple occassions with multiple shipments. Have to have stuff sent to pick up center because the driver refuses to actually enter my apartment building, which defeats the purpose of even having something delivered. I truly hope this company goes out of business it would save everyone so much trouble when ordering online.

Pathetic services. My package is held in the warehouse for more than a week it was supposed to be delivered to me before Eid but all thanks to worst system in UPS its held in the warehouse and it doesn't even have any items which has customs to be paid. They have no understanding of urgency of the situation. The only they say is Sorry we can't do anything etc etc. And for sure they're not sorry for giving such bad services. Don't trust UPS at all for sending or receiving packages be sure your packaged will not reach the receiver on time. Worst delivery and pickup company ever.

My supplier entrusted UPS with my timely delivery of a crucial items for a wedding and unfortunately, the significantly delays had a profound effect on a well planned event. I had high expectations of UPS, given its reputation as a reliable and efficient courier service. Regrettably, those expectations were shattered. If I could give you less than one star, I would gladly do so.

This company is the worst!! They have caused me to be going through a mental breakdown. I sent a 2 pkgs both going to the same address since August 24,2022. One delivered on time the next one still undelivered. They took 2 weeks to tell me that the package was damaged and that they wouldn't compensate me eventhough I paid for insurance (which is another scam). We asked that the package be returned to us since the 10th of September, 2022 in which they charged for the return while they clearly state that the package was damaged in transit. I have been calling and everyday is a different story and a different promise to call back or have the item delivered in 2 days. Packae still undelivered This is the biggest scamming organization I have ever seen. My item was stolen with no way of getting it back. They state my package was not properly packaged and I will attached my proof that it was properly packaged and labeled.

Useless delivery company. Expects you to be home at 1pm. People have jobs!! Not willing to leave $2000 package sitting outside... and they want to charge $50 just to drop my package off at closest drop off location!! Enough is enough. They are taking advantage of all of us in hard times... I will never ship with ups unless necessary.Take your business elsewhere.

We shipped all our furnitures to Canada using a well known company who then used UPS.All of stuff were packed professionally as it was not our first move abroad.Ups managed to break my pc tower as well as my curved screen both of them were wrapped in bubble wrap and heavy blankets.Most of the boxes were completely destroyed, they even replace some of our boxes probably because they didn't take care of ours.We tried to fill a complaint but in vain.I hate you guys so much i hope that whoever treats people belongings that way will be fired.They also send someone to pick up my stuff with the boxes weeks after the incident to check if i was saying the truth.They were supposed to send someone to check on my stuff AT my place.Pure laziness. Gfy ups

I will give a zero to UPS. Scheduled a pickup and did not get picked up for another 2 days despite contacting UPS to get it sorted out , providing the pickup req confirmation# and pickup address twice. Often wonder what kind of people is working for this organization. amazingly disorganized , zero responsivity... etc.
