dishwasher instalation done really badley left a huge mess under the installed unit wich had to be removed to clean it , worse mess i have ever seen by an installer , and way over priced for this install.

I want to say a huge 5 stars for Villeneuve Mechanical! I had a septic tank overflow and a pump not working. The office took my call and it was relatively smooth getting through to speak to a person. I got another call back that morning to let me know they were trying to get a person out to help. Sure enough he came by end of day and identified my issue immediately. The service technician, Jansen, was through and informative to me so I could avoid future problems. Excellent service. They will be the first company I will call in the future!

It is just about impossible to have these types of companies to show any interest in providing service.All they do is take down your phone number and say I'll have someone call you. No one ever calls back.It makes you wonder why they even advertise. I rated this a three only because the woman who answered the phone was polite

We had a washroom put in our basement starting late fall 2022. We hired Villeneuve in Thunder Bay to do the plumbing. Everything about their communication, quality of work, compliance with price quote, schedule commitment and customer service was excellent. They were able to work around our schedule and complete the plumbing in a timely fashion. The job was big, having to jackhammer underground, like a groundhog in the basement, yet they kept the work area clean. Their finishing was great, they coordinated all the inspections, the other contractors were able to finish their work to have the washroom ready on time. We worked mostly with Dustin and Alin, & another fellow, and they were great. Thank you for your part in our renovation!

After placing calls all over Thunder Bay and being put in many queues Villeneuve was the only company to call back, show up soonest and repair in no time at all to get our in floor boiler working again. Zach was extrememly knowledgable, he even took the time to walk us through set up, function, common faults, recommended future additions they or we can do ourselves and asked if there was anything else before leaving. If I could give more stars I would!!! We live in the country an hour away from the city and they did not hesitate or deny like other companies. CALL VILLENEUVE FIRST!!!

The plumber ( Delko) was very professional and made every effort to figure out a tricky problem. I would definitely use this business again if needed.

Had a loss of hot water the day before Easter Sunday. I put in a call to Villeneuve Mechanical and left a message. I soon received a call from Jacob. He said he was on another call but would stop by as soon as possible. He arrived a short time later and promptly set to work eliminating possible problems. He stated that our unit was not really in his area of expertise but he would give it a try. He was not able to get the unit up and running but it was not for lack of trying. He apologized for not getting the unit up and running and said that he would make arrangements to have someone who was more familiar with our boiler as soon as possible.
