Rexall

Staff is racist, arrogant, and overall rude. I’m a brown person just trying to buy makeup and get some essentials but I was quickly discouraged as after I picked up makeup products I noticed 2 employees were obviously following me around the store. The white girl with glasses and crusty different coloured nail polish (I’m assuming is the manager) loudly instructed the makeup department girl on floor to keep an eye out on me despite this being my literal first time being in this store location. I wanted to buy more items besides makeup but decided not to because that manager lady kept invading my personal space following me around the store. It was only until I called her out on it loudly she backed off. She ended up checking me out at the counter and had a passive aggressive attitude. Hope she experiences severe minor inconveniences in her life cause this experience was awful. Get your racist it staff in check.

I always have bad experiences at this pharmacy. Phamacist and staff, he and she were very arrogant, rude and mean every time. They have bad attitude. I think Robots are better rather than them. Don't go this phamacy if you are not white.

Terrible, disgusting customer service. A cashier , the blond lady in her sixties is very arrogant, rude and by her body language and the way she talked to me I didn’t feel welcomed at this store at all. This is my second time to be there and again bad experience. I’ll be avoid this place at all cost in future. If you are not white Canadian don’t go there

My family and I have been going to Rexall at promenade for our all our prescription needs, vaccines and postal services.In all our encounters over the years, we find the staff all very helpful and professional.A special shout out to the pharmacists who took the time to answer our questions and for their great work in delivering vaccinations during the covid pandemic and beyond to help keep us safe.

This lady there, who works for Rexal for 26 years according to her and 20 years in this location, needs a through customer service training! She should learn to respect people and address their needs properly.

I booked a flu shot appointment for my whole family. The Rexall system is really good and we could book the appointment smoothly. My daughter got scared once we started to receive flu shots and my wife was trying to calm her down. The staff told my wife immediately that he was really busy and if my daughter didn't stop crying within a minute, he had to cancel the appointment. A minute was all we got. Once flu shot was done, the staff walked away without saying anything. Once he finished all the paper works, I could ask him anything we should be aware. The answer was just regular flu shot stuffs. Nothing special"."

How the heck is this store actually allowed to price merchandise as they do! Convenience stores have better deals! Licorice for almost $7, cereal for $9.99, bread 3 for $9. They had some items reduced by 50% however they are beyond expired or about to expire, 3 days until expiry date... though they say sell by date. BS! There was mold on some of your items! Yes! The attitude of the manager is enough not to buy anything, which I didn't! There are a handful of stellar cashiers, but management sucks! I support many stores in the Promenade, however, this Rexall is terrible in so many levels! When the new buildings are complete, and the mall is redone, it will be nice to see a Shoppers Drug Mart replace this Rexall.

literally SO RUDE TO me and my mother, i never even do google reviews but this man working at canada post gave the worst customer service ever, me and my mom were just trying to ship one piece of clothing and he kept telling us we needed tracked shipping when we said we didn’t want tracked shipping because 20$ was too expensive. my mom offered to take it out of the box (which we now understand it’s parcel so it needs to be tracked) and she asked if it made any difference. his response was no. he said this was the only way to ship it and overall so freaking rude to me like i’m a young person and i was really nice. it was my first time shipping something and he was trying to take advantage of me. we later went to a different post and there they said that we just need to take it out of the box and put it in an envolope where it can be considered as mail. do not go to this rexall they are terrible and rude.

Absolutely horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! Rexall's website advertised an item for $19.54 each, and immediately after purchasing 3 of the items, I realized that I was actually charged $20.39 each. After pointing out the discrepancy to the cashier (who simply shrugged), I asked to speak with a manager, who after 10 minutes of further discussion, flatly refused to credit me the difference of $2.70, and instead chose to refund my entire purchase of $70.00, and allowed me to walk away totally dissatisfied. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY THEY HAVE A 2/5 RATING!!
