I cannot recommend this place enough! Quite possibly the best customer service I've ever received, across any industry! Steve (I think!) sorted out my laptop within two hours or so of stepping foot in the place. He was so helpful, made suggestions, explained it all and made time for it right away. Incredible service. I had a problem with my Apple Mac Pro laptop which was 6 years old and in excellent condition. I was informed by Apple Support that Apple will not look at your machine if it is more than 5 years old and will no longer provide spare parts. I contacted Steve at Omniscot and immediately felt a valued customer. Within a couple of days he had sorted my machine, taken off programs I no longer required, had my machine running faster than it has for a long time and when I picked it up helped me with a few other queries I had - all with a 'no problem' attitude. I thought the service I received was 5 star and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. And I thought the bill I received was very reasonable for all he'd had done. I only wish I had known about Steve and his company a long time ago.

Living in the Highlands is awkward when you need something fixed fast… especially technology! Steve was incredibly efficient and gave great genuine advice regarding my broken screen. Their service was impeccable. Defiantly highly recommend.(Early 2015 MacBook screen replacement)

Excellent service from both Steve and Derek. My Dell XPS was not booting up and they spent some time trying to resolve the problem. They diagnosed the issue and suggested it would be an expensive job and that I should first of all get in touch with Dell since my lap top was not very old although outwith it's supposed one year warranty period. I contacted Dell with a precise diagnosis of the fault (thanks to Omniscot) and after some deliberation they have now corrected the fault free of charge. Both Derek and Steve refused to take any payment for the work they had done. Thanks very much again guys -a very professional, knowledgeable and customer friendly service.
