One of the worst experiences I had. If this Mariah was doing her job properly and had checked the status of my order instead of assuming and shouting that they do not have any responsibilities after the key is shipped, this whole situation could be solved in a polite and respectful way that usually customer services do! FYI Mariah, the key wasn’t even shipped nor the request was processed bc some of you typed the credit card information wrong (!!!). If this Mariah had the decent effort to check this mistake, she wouldn’t be laughing and shouting. Manners Mariah, manners. Not everyone work there and know precisely how the key request process work. And not every request goes through if you don’t check what is going on *mainly when a client directly claims a delay*. We are your clients. Don’t laugh at questions, don’t assume things, work decently and behave with the minimum politeness we expect from one adult to another.

If I could rate a half of star, I would do so. I made a request to order an extra key for a condo unit that I am living in. Sent an email and they would respond days after. On the order request form, I had to fill out the key code which I did not know what it was. So I took and sent a picture to them and just want to confirm whether it is right or wrong. We went back and forth through email, they did not answer my simple question and just asked me to resubmit the form. Their customer services and professionalize" had wasted too much time and effort. I feel that they have a bad management team."

On weekday around 10am I cannot open my front door. The worker arrived in 0.5h and gained the entry to my condo in 15 min. The worker was very polite and fast.However, the invoice came with the double charge. I spoke to the company and they kindly refunded me the extra charge. Thanks!Overall, I had a good experience with Citywide Group and will hire them again.

We went to this company for extra suite door keys. The process was smooth until the payment. We walked in and have our keys cut and paid onsite. 10 days later they emailed us and said our payment was reversed by our cc company so they ask us to pay again. We checked with our cc company and the payment went through with no issue. So it was an issue with this company. A day later another person from this company sent an email saying the previous email was a fraudulent attack to their company. I feel like they are very unorganized making customers very confused. And customers information might be exposed to attackers or whomever that is. Be aware and check your invoices. I would avoid this company for any service again.

My whole experience has been amazing. The personnel was so polite and caring. They cut my keys in less than 10 minutes!!! Extremely efficient. The receptionist, Twinky, is very warm and attentive!!! Awesome staff.

Very poor customer service. Called ahead, arranged to pick up keys. Drove up to Woodbridge (2 hour round trip) only to be told that they could not make the keys for me. I left, but went back in to get more info, only to find them all standing around having a good laugh at my wasted journey. My building manager called and they changed their tune, saying I could go back and pick up the keys (another 2 hour round trip?) I declined. Citywide express shipped the keys, but only put one of the three keys in the shipment... The other keys showed up several days later after additional calls from my building manager. Avoid this company if you can.

Used Citywide’s Lockshop services to change the lock on my main entrance door.They are efficient and to the point with their dealings. Punctual with their appointment.Nikola who changed my lock knew his stuff thoroughly and completed the job in less than 15 minutes.Randolph & Anthony who I dealt with over the phone were very helpful.The only part I was not comfy with was their pricing. They charged me for the cost of the hardware plus $100 for 1 hr of labor which actually took less than 15 minutes. They also charged a whopping $90 as Service Call fee for such a quick replacement. I would be ok with one OUCH, but I guess I experienced two OUCHes!
