Johal Legacy Homes built this house for me and my family back in 2007. It was built prior to the deadline and at a below market rate. The design still holds up and there have been no problems so far, so we have not had a need to use the warranty. The greatest thing about Johal Legacy Homes is it is a family business that develop great relationships with their clients. After all these years, we are still in touch and they are always only a phone call away if required. Highly recommend!
