***An Edmonton Must***. Probably the best Italian restaurant in Edmonton. Food was outstanding and they have a good collection of alcoholic drinks.I ordered their full course meal.- Their bread with duck fat and Ricotta cheese was mind-blowingly delicious. In my opinion a little too rich for an appetizer.- Salad: Fresh, colorful and offered a variety of different textures. Very very light.- Pastas: Fluffy gnocchi that was accompanied by a savory and earthy black truffle sauce. Was slightly disappointed with the texture of the meat balls and the overall flavor of their tomato sauce. The pastas were all somewhat salty (even for someone who likes their food salty).- Fish: Grilled to perfection. Fresh, juicy, flaky and had a slight hint of smoke.

Every dish we had was seasoned amazingly! The past was cooked perfectly el dente. Nothing was too salty or sweet. Our waiter was super knowledgeable about Italian drinks. The light was a bit too dim for my liking, but other than that, the whole experience was perfect.

Great food great service. Good place for pastas and other Italian cuisine. Large wine menu. The space is quite loud especially when the resteraunt is full don't Recommend for those poor or sensitive hearing. Recommend for the food!

So glad to finally be able to try Uccellino! It wasn’t hard to get a reservation, even if it was the day before. The restaurant is a nice cozy place with modern decor. The food tasted amazing, so fresh, well composed dishes. They’re more of the traditional stream of Italian food, with less frills but made so very well! I would definitely dine here again, especially for special occasions.

Incredible modern Italian fare from the folks that also are responsible for the sister restaurants next door - Corso 32 and Bar Bricco. This establishment is the middle between Corso's formality and Bar Bricco's joviality. It's got two floors and is long in this cozy space. The food is impeccable here...I've never been disappointed. The wine selection is phenomenal and it's always a buzzing vibe in this upscale space. The only knock is that I find the service to be a bit uppity"...the servers could perhaps relax a bit. Maybe this scale of service works in Corso but I'd prefer a little more lightheartedness from the wait staff. Otherwise

*Food*Wagyu Beef Carpaccio (10/10): an explosion of flavors. Fresh, juicy, and super delicious, this plate is their best appetizer. The meat melts in your mouth. Fold it and put it on the fresh bread they serve to have a must-try bite. It's so good!Ricotta Gnudi (10/10): the Basil Pesto Genovese is made to perfection. It is soft and buttery. The ingredients are so fresh and the quality is simply top of the line. The addition of Roasted Pine Nuts and Arugula is marvelous.Agnolotti (10/10): It's so creamy and tasty. The truffle makes it super tasty. One of my favorite dishes. The portion is a bit small, but the taste is just amazing. I love it!Chocolate Budino (10/10): A dense, soft, thin top crust, excuisit piece of brownie. I usually don't like super chocolaty desserts, but this changed my mind. It's so fulfilling that you want to just indulge in it. It's their number one dessert.*Service*The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food came fast and fresh.*Atmosphere*The place is a bit cosy. Nevertheless, it's a perfect choice for a date, casual meeting, and/or business meeting. The ambiance is somehow calming. I love it!

One of my favourite places in Edmonton. The food and cocktails are delicious, and the service is top notch. It does get busy so I recommend you reserve a table in advance, and then prepare to have a blast!

This is the best Italian restaurant in Edmonton. We have loved the food and have supported it since it opened. The quality of the ingredients, and the manner in which the food is prepared transports one immediately to Italy. As the flavours combine and tantalize your taste buds, something new and exciting pops up and the symphony in your mouth can only be satisfied by coming back to Uccelino for another meal.Fabulous dining experience in Edmonton

Tasty little restaurant! The elegant atmosphere and amazing level of services support the great selection of food and alcohol. I loved their chared lettuce and olive cakes. Other menu we tried were gnocchi and arancini, and both of them were also pretty good. We also tried one of their daily specials, which was also amazing, but I don't remember the name of it, unfortunately. Highly recommend!
