Great job replacing the lifts on my expensive boots. They polished them as well and they now look brand new. I was most impressed by the friendliness of the owner and his wife. They both greeted me when I walked in, had a nice conversation and it was so genuine that I was taken aback. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Wow I am blown away. I wish I had taken a before picture because wow, they did a way better job than I could have even imagined. My dog destroyed my boyfriends shoes. I managed to find a replacement pair the first time but unfortunately it happened again to the new pair and this time they were discontinued. I saw that this place had excellent reviews and it's so clear why. Amazing friendly customer service! and they did an incredible job, you cant even tell the dog even touched them! He destroyed the black patch on one of the backs and the loops on both. ( I won't tell you on which because, seriously you can't tell which). He also ate the brand patch on the front and they found a piece of matching leather so now unless you really look closely you really can't tell. So so happy with this, so happy in fact that I'm doing this review in the parking lot. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend!! I came here a few weeks ago for a last minute urgent shoe repair for my high-heels. My high heels needed a replacement for the heel. I was promised for the shoe to be repaired by 4 pm and I was contacted at 1:30 as they had understood the urgency! I highly recommend this lovely business to have your shoes repaired!

I just had two pairs of ankle boots repaired. They were old boots that I loved but wasn't sure if they were salvageable. I brought them here and was greeted by the sweetest older couple. They were able to fix my boots right away and gave them some extra life for a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming here again for future repairs!
