Slow service, cashier doesn’t treat you with a smile and good/positive attitude and whenever I order a combo she always asks if I want fries with that…. It’s a combo so yes fries are part of thatThe review does get 2 stars because it’s A&W food which I’m a fan of and in a super convenient location right in the mall.I just wish the waiting times weren’t as long and a more positive attitude from staff that actively interacts with customersEdit: after coming here a few other times the same issues persist but the main 2 issues…. Wait time (took me about 10 minutes get a regular Mamma burger I ordered when it wasn’t busy) and the cashier asks confusing questions.For example I asked for a mamma burger since they’re having a promotion that they’re only $2.99. She asked if I wanted cheese on the burger…. I responded with whatever it comes with the mamma burger for $2.99. Like idk if it comes with it or not and I don’t want you overcharging me just causeThe only reason I’m rating it 2 stars not 1 is because the food is good like any other A&W. But if you have a choice that won’t take much longer to get to you should probably go to a different A&W

Waited for 20+ minutes from when we ordered and it wasn't busy. The new Mushroom burger was meh at best. Pretty disappointed tbh. Usually have a good experience with A&W.

Very bad customer service. My card got declined for one of my order even though I had money in it. The service Representative Hetal was so rude and attended the other customer treating me in a very bad way. Felt very disappointed. While talking with the manager she came in between for an argument again. It was so rude and disrespectful. I don’t want food for free. But atleast they should show some respect by giving other options for payment.

Every time I come to this location they are slow one worker at the front of the store and another on their phone when I got here today it was just my fiancée and myself other people came after we ordered and they got their food first this is a very common thing at this location

Went to this location yesterday for just a root beer. The women told me it would be $3 for the pop, she poured my pop but never rang the pop into the machine. I put my money on the counter and an employee from the back walked out took my money off the counter and put it in her pocket

Laziest staff. If you have the extra time to spare I would just take the time to go to another location. There’s a better one on Bleams Road & another one a few minutes away in Sportsworld. Bad service & bad food. Everything is either under or over seasoned and the food comes cold cause of the time it takes to get from the Kitchen to the counter even though it’s only half a meter away.

Every time you visit Fairway Mall, stop by A & W. The staff member at the counter will walk you through the menu in detail, as if she were the one preparing it. They don't advertise their special herbs or doctorate like KFC, but this Allen and Wright guy does prepare some food, and it is DELICIOUS. ABSOLUTELY MORIESH.......The best ever, no, the bestest ever...The chicken was incredibly tender, almost as though it had just been made. Far superior to KFC and McDonald's.I'm ditching all other Burger locations in favour of A&W.

Asked for fresh patty when I ordered a beyond meat burger combo. Instead they thought very intelligent way the re-grilled the stored patty. The patty was so thin. They even applied lots of seasoning on the patty. When it comes to sauces they just poured the sauces instead of applying it gently to the bun. I know how A&W makes the burgers, this is not the way at all. To be frank the worst ever beyond meat burger I had in the entire A&W franchise till now.

By far the absolute worse location out of all the A&W’s. Ordered 2 teen combo’s & asked the Indian girl in charge working on Wed Dec 7th at around 5:30pm to pls get the cook to take out some toppings. Without even turning around to ask him, she looks me dead in my face & tells me it’s already coming, he already made my order & that it’s too late to change anything… which would’ve been ok however, I stood there & 10 minutes passed as I watched him work on 3 teen combos for other customers, a kids nugget combo & then another teen burger & then he proceeded to make mine? Lol I’ve never met the laziest girl / worker in my entire life until today. I used to work at A&W & it takes just 2 seconds to relay information on a order.
