Hello. I'm writing this morning to comment on the performance and quality of the job done here, at my home, last night. I recently had contracted with your organization, I believe this is the first time, to have my lawn rolled.I feel the job that your representative did in this instance was outstanding. For the first time in many years of others rolling my lawn, your representative did the job correctly and precisely. The young man driving the roller was meticulous in seeing that all the yard had gotten the proper attention this exercise should deliver. And he executed the process with knowledge as to how the task is best done. Thanks to him I hope to be contacted by you next year to have the lawn rolled because I want your organization to do the job and I can rest assured that the job will be done right. In fact I prefer to have it done annually and I hope that we can continue going forward for a long time. Thanks to your organization and especially the young man who did an A++ job on my property. Both myself and my family have used SCE for landscaping and plowing services. Both have been excellent quality and very affordable. Steve and his crew are good people and do even better work! We will use them again and would highly recommend!

Had the service for a number of years, did a good enough job mowing. Customer service though has been a challange. Recently they dropped my service due to a miscommunication (not with me) and are unable to provide service. Response from their team left a lot to be desired.

Steve did an amazing job removing our old sidewalk, an overgrown shrub, and installing a new stamped concrete sidewalk. He took measures to prevent the new sidewalk from upheaving like the original. He also did a concrete overly on our existing porch so that they would match. We LOVE how it came out, just like we were envisioning. He worked hard on the job and always showed when he told us he was working. We would hire again.

The crew did a great job on our lawn! The quality of the grass and reduction of weeds has been great just 1 year into their fertilization and weed killer service as well.

I first used SCE for snow removal during the 2021-2022 season, and happily just paid the invoice for 2022-2023.I have an unusually-shaped driveway that plows have struggled with and often would leave parts undone. I would add additional stakes so the plows would have a better idea of where to remove the snow, and the results were passable, but not great. With each snowfall, my driveway would get smaller. SCE staked my driveway better than I ever did and their operators always take the time to get the snow removed -- not just most of it, but all of it. SCE also gets closer to my garage doors than any plow ever did, so I rarely needed to do a finishing touch with a shovel.Speaking of getting close to the garage doors -- One time the operator got too close to the trim around one of my garage doors and scraped it slightly. I let SCE know and the damage was professionally repaired 2 days later. I worried that they would no longer get the snow close to my garage doors afterwards, but they kept doing their stellar job.Another benefit of SCE -- the way they clear the end of the driveway, when the town plow inevitably comes by there isn't much snow that gets pushed back over the driveway.I remember the snowstorm on Monday, January 17, 2021, that prompted a bunch of the negative reviews here. It was a bad storm. One of us needed to get out to work that morning and we did have to do a very small amount of work to get out, but it certainly didn't lower my opinion of the service we received from SCE that season.SCE has earned my trust and my highest recommendation.

Over the years we’ve had plows clear our driveway with the resultant huge piles and lawn damage. Steve’s Cutting Edge service is head and shoulders above plow services! No more huge piles of snow or gouges in our lawn. Their snow blowers clear the driveway more cleanly and neatly with no damage to the driveway. They even take the time to cut down the snow banks at the mailbox! We couldn’t be happier with their service and recommend it highly!

This year has been one of only a few snowfalls, but on the few that we have had, the service for snow removal took several hours after reaching 3-4 inches. One day we could not take the cars out of the garage. Yesterday after about 8 inches of snow, I message the service at 10:30 AM that we needed the snow removed by 1:00 PM, because we were having visitors at our house. At 1:00 PM I did not receive a response or snow removal. I had to remove the snow myself with a snow shovel. I saw my neighbor across the street who uses the same company doing the same. The tractor showed up at 5:00 PM, we went out to move the cars so he could finish the task, but the tractor simply left, and we had to finish the removal by shovel.

Steve the owner and found of SCE snow removal service came up with solid business plan. Instead of pushing the snow accumulation like normal services. His idea was to back a tractor in with a 4 ft snow blower attachment allowing the tractor to get very close to the garage and pull the throw the snow out of the driveway. The quality of the snow removal is amazing no more left-over residue from a plow blade, right down to the asphalt. The sides are clean and right to the edge of the driveway, no lawn damage, and no mountains at the end of your driveway obstructing your view allowing you to safely back out of the driveway.SCE has great marketing strategy (1) constantly providing online updates when his crews will be dispatched (2) placing blue driveway markers around Webster of the driveways they are clearingIve Been with SCE for 4-seasaons, I am so glad I found this unique approach to snow removal. Will never have a traditional snowplow on my property again. Many of my friends outside the Webster/Ontario area are very jealous SCE isn’t in their areaKeep up the great work SCE team!!!
