I would never recommend this motel to anyone. Black Ant is everywhere. Better to spend more $ and look for another nice place.Bed is too much worst and smells. Feel like a vomiting after seeing a bad.

Aha,Firstly, there's surprise deposits required if you'd like a key, or a remote... Fun part is, the remote isn't for the TV in the room, and even if it would've been, the TV was out of date and wouldn't run for more than 2 minutes without turning off.Secondly, while I value the community work this location is doing, I did not wish for my children to witness so many drug deals and arguments alike. I feel like splitting or organizing the guests from the residents would be beneficial.Thirdly, given they were aware of the number of people the booking was for, they could've ensured we'd have adequate pillows and whatnot.Fourthly, there's nothing close by.My final thoughts are; when I moved the bed, there were lines of dirt as if they only swept where they could see, and the bathroom was disgusting, not dirty, disgusting. Maybe you can't see it well in the photos, but there's urine and hair surrounding the toilet.

This place is an absolute crack den of a hotel, and any pictures you see online are completely misreprentative of what this place actually looks like in person. Room rental by the hour which tells you something, and the staff were extremely disrespectful and unforgiving considering the refund policy in place. I recommend ANYTHING else other than this place. It's a trap.

DO NOT COME HERE. Sheets were unwashed; one had blood stains. Fun! Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Reception was full of people trying to get a refund. Staff would refuse and were very aggressive and unhelpful. Just go somewhere else, for your own sake.

Stained beds, nasty floors, and the hot tub looked just gross. The pool and gazebo are fallen apart along with parts of the motel. The view is nice of a crackhead looking through the back of of truck while I was at the front desk.Was lucky enough to get a refund without debate thankfully

The room.had a musty/Smoke smell from being old. The AC worked but would stop from to much power surge after 1 hour. They take a key and remote deposit of $20. Mattress was sagging down. King size. Sheets were clean. Room was clean but very old. Loud party people outside the doors 2-3am. Homeless begging on the property. Possibly a homeless shelter. The room Is probably worth 40-50 bucks but they charge $90. Which is essentially the cheapest in Montreal for a private room on a Friday or Saturday night.. Motel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It's very old. It's criminal to be charging $90 a room. Blame the liberals for price gouging. Depends on what room they give you essentially. Roll the dice. .

When I got there, the place seemed empty and a little creepy. The attendant Olivier was super nice though! I went to see my room and it smelled funky so I asked for a refund and made other arrangements. Still waiting on the refund request.
