This is a clean, well organized gym with lots of equipment. It was an awesome place to work out while I was working in the area. The staff are excellent and it’s open almost around the clock.

I have been working out for 3 years and have been a member at 4 other gyms in the past and this is 100% my favourite gym of them all. My home away from home. Such a variety of equipment and everything is in great condition and well maintained. Whether you're a powerlifter, a bodybuilder, or just looking to get in shape, this is hands down the best gym in Rocky!

I am from Calgary, here for work and when ever I go to small town gyms they are never the greatest.But this gym has so much high quality weights and machine that I don’t even see in the city.I am super impressed and glad I can still get solid workouts done well away from home

This gym is amazing! Some perks are a steam room and staff-made smoothies. They also have a good directory of wellness and personal care services. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful when inquiring and signing up for services

Nothing bad to say. Great, high quality, lifting and cardio equipment. Friendly staff and members. Best prices. Clean facilities with a nice aesthetic. Longest hours in town. Honestly all good.
