I booked an appointment online to get my Xbox Series X repaired. When I got to the counter I told the guy I booked an appointment online for my Xbox. The man looked confused and didn't say anything to me but no. No saying the appointment was wrong or they don't fix them at this location I just got told no. Terrible customer service.

Amazing service and cheapest prices. I had my iphone 6s repaired and the worker gave me a glass screen protector for a cheaper price as well as a cheaper price for the repair compared to other places in red deer. 10/10 would recommend for any repairs.

Fixed my phone screen and water damage, BUT RESET MY WHOLE PHONE. Lost everything I had on it, the guy thought it was locked and needed a reset but I really MY APPLE ID WAS LOCKED AND NEEDED TO BE UNLOCKED, bro wiped out my whole phone for no reason

Just visited the store and bought a case and screen for Galaxy S7. Excellent store, very customer-centric staff. Though the guy had just started helping another customer and was alone when I arrived (his colleague joined in a few minutes later), he acknowledged me with smile, saying: I'll be with you shortly". Then the conversation was very friendly all along

Beware if looking to go through insurance they will not provide an itemized invoice. Just a till receipt which is not sufficient for a claim. I asked before Servicing and was told they would provide what I need for my coverage and then was only handed a receipt with no details.
