Petite little place to pick the keys for UHaul. The truck was very neat compared to most locations we've picked uhauls from. Friendly staff and cute lil Dachshund welcome you at the store.

This is the second time I’ve used them and they are fantastic. I had a massive debacle with my moving company (morrows in Chilliwack, I wouldn’t ever hire those movers again) and the staff at u-lock really saved the day. On top of everything from day one, were super helpful when things hit the fan, and definitely trustworthy. I’d use them again any time! Highly recommended.

Very secure location. Security here is top notch. Their camera systems cover ever inch of the place and the gate ensures no shady people get in. Other places in the area are less secure. The staff treat people very well and they always have coffee when your waiting. Alex is my fav person to deal with. THANKS GUYS!

I have been a client of U-Lock for a number of years and have had no complaints whatsoever. The staff is friendly and helpful. the only reason I left U-Lock is because I moved and needed storage a little closer to home. Thank you for years of great service and safe storage.

We used U-Lock to store our belongings from Oct to Feb 2021. I was happy with u lock storage when I used them to store my apartment belongings almost everything I owned because we had to move to my moms. It was 4 or 5 years ago. I had my things in storage for 2 years and struggled to pay for my locker but I always got the money together and paid it. I would end up getting my lock cut and I always asked if it would be locked back up and I was told yes. I didn’t get insurance and this is why I’m writing this review. I would suggest if you are going to put you belongings into storage get insurance. I lost so many things but of course I knew I could do nothing about it because I didn’t have insurance plus time has gone by since we took our belongings out of storage. My boyfriend had alot of tools and those are all gone except one small box of what he calls junk. I had beautiful picture frames and a silver piggy bank that we never found again plus some keep sakes I had because my sister had passed away in 2013 and I had some of her things that I was keeping. The staff there were always helpful and friendly im not pointing fingers at anyone because I don’t know who took the things from my locker but I keep realizing that certain things are gone and that was the last place I put them. It’s frustrating when you pay so much money and tons of late fees and things i can’t replace were stolen. It may have been that my locker was not locked up right away after the lock was cut because I was late paying but I was always reassured there would be another lock put on my locker when they cut the other one. Like I said the staff were really nice and again I am not blaming the staff. I don’t know where our things went. All I know is that was the last place we had our things. You should also write a list of the items that you are storing. We have learned to buy insurance and yes I would use this company again but I would write a detailed list and buy insurance for any storage company I used to store my things.

If you're planning on moving your stuff on the 1st of the month, this will do... But I moved my stuff in on the 30th and prepaid on their website for a month. Got charged $30 for the two days plus $247 I paid for the month... Ended up leaving on the 15th. When I have rented storage units in the past they usually start the month on the move in date, so I'm a little annoyed they were that stingy about the 2 days then refused to refund me for them when I left early. Completely fine in paying for a month and not getting anything back if I leave early, but the $30 extra seemed like overkill.
