Got my flooring done in my house, the price is reasonable but the service is horrible. They don't show up on time, sometimes not at all and don't bother calling either. Don't pay them until the job is done and you get the invoice, made that mistake and it's been 2 months nobody has come to finish the job or provide invoice. Spend a little extra and get someone who actually cares about you as customer.

Customer service is great but Just a bad craftsmanship... the installers are not trained enough to finish jobs nicely... also, they don't understand the meaning of term warranty !!

Great price, great material, got my new unit upgraded to 100% laminate, price was great, I've had some problems with defects and a lot of back and forth with the developer, as a last resort, I contacted the guys at Noble Carpets and after speaking with the owner I found the developer never spoke to him about the defects, the owner has agreed to make things right, that I think is a good customer service.The quality of the material is top notch!.Thanks for making things right!.
