Domino's Pizza

Consistently good pizza and service. We typically order online for delivery, and our food is always hot and on time! When we did have an issue once, Isaac, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind.

We've been ordering from this location for years since moving to Strathroy, and I figured it's about time I left a review sharing our awesome experience with them.Always expediently delivered, always hot, and always delicious (sometimes it's still hot enough to need time to cool down which is incredible). I think I can count on one hand tiny mistakes they've made on our orders (forgetting a dip or bringing the wrong pop- not even worth a call).My only note for the establishment is bringing in some of the veggie meat options, and not to be too sparse with the spinach and or mushrooms when ordered.Thanks for all the good food!

So tonight I called Dominoes to order and the young man hung up on me while placing an order. I called back again. They told me 30-40 mins wait so I ran to shoppers drug mart. Then my son calls me to tell me she wouldnt wait for me to get back and she left with my pizza even though she was early arriving to my place. I told my son to tell the delivery girl I was just around the corner from my home she couldn't wait a 1 minute so I had to drive to Dominoes and when I arrived to Dominoes waiting for her to show up there she pulled up holding my pizza in her arms while standing outside talking to someone. Unhappy customer :(

Very disappointed in the pizza tonight, dry, no sauce or cheese and seemed to have been reheated. Plus took over an hour for delivery. A frozen one from the store would have been better. They never even replied to me!

Wish I never gave it a second chance. I usually get my pizza from another place but I decided that I would try dominoes again to see if I like them more because it’s cheaper and I regret it I got a medium pizza wings three drinks two of the drinks were the wrong drink the pizza crust was half raw!! the pepperoni tasted raw, the cheese and wings had no flavour no sauce at all absolutely disgusting and if I give it zero stars I would. A complete waste of my money.

Update April 2023Increasing my rating of 4 to 5.This location consistently bangs out perfect pizza every time. And we order a lot. Can not beat the value of the 4v item large for 12.99! Great job team!Original Review;My only complaint about this location is that they don't carry the plant based options that are offered at other Dominos.Been coming to this location for years, and overall the staff are always well trained, friendly and the orders are always made correctly.Great job!

The quality of this locations pizza is very bad. Upon asking for a well done pizza this has to be the soggiest pizza I have ever received in my life.Called the location to make a complaint and in turn their rep was very aggressive to dispute the complaint . Very disappointed - don’t recommend this location at all. There is ceasars pizza opposite of them, would definitely opt for that.

Writing the review as this has happened SEVERAL times now. I order ahead of time, giving at least an hour notice ( and usually pick up late) so there is not much reason to rush. I usually check my pizzas but have been rudely reprimanded that i am not allowed to check or open the tamper proof( which ironically is never closed) before paying. This is why i do it: order the pacific veggie with no olives, they are all over the pizza, order a spinach, feta, chicken, and for some reason there are green olives on it. Also as a side note apparently finding the midddle of a pizza is hard as slices range from slivers to a quarter a slice.HIGHLY recommend that you take your time and pay attention to what you are doing.Significantly lower dominos standard than london, tillsonburg, st thomas, ingersoll, Goderich, or Woodstock ( i am a frequent buyer for friends around).

Would give this Domino’s Pizza in Strathroy a zero if I could. Placed an order online at 4:49pm for my father who has a medical condition. I don’t live close by and wanted to treat him to a pizza for the holidays. I checked online to see if it was delivered and it said it was. My dad called me a half hour later and said the pizza never arrived. I called Domino’s and they said it was probably delivered to the wrong address. They said my dad had the option of driving to the address they wrongly delivered it to and picking it up - What??? or place a new order. Absolutely ridiculous. Asked them to make a fresh pizza and deliver it as soon as possible. They said they would handle it. An hour later, no pizza. Called again and Domino’s had no idea where the pizza was. They gave the option of cancelling the order or reordering yet again. My dad had nothing ready for dinner and was looking forward to a pizza. So after waiting 3 hours he finally got the pizza. He takes medication that depends on when he eats and this Domino’s fiasco really messed him up. Will never order from Domino’s in Strathroy again. Total disaster.
