Market Lane Optical is owned by entrepreneur Joanne and Michael, whom are a very lovely and friendly couple, with expert and avant-garde knowledge of optics, and leading the industry in fashionable and sustainable eyewear. Their selection of frames and sunglasses, contact lenses, as well as the quality lens makers they use, all live up to their exceptional vision to bring quality over quantity, as you can tell by the high end decor of the store. Coming from Unionville Optical, I know I wouldn't be disappointed when I needed new glasses. I love my Belstaff and L.G.R eyewear I got from them, with the German designed trivex lenses, I couldn't believe what my eyes could see with such powerful and technologically advanced lenses. Wonderful service, tailored needs, highly recommended.

Overall really great experience. My friend and I went in to take a look at some sunglasses and we were very impressed by the selection, especially the Jacques Marie Mage! Joanne was super lovely throughout the visit. She was very eager and happy to walk us through all the different brands and styles they carry. She was also patient in answering any questions we had. Great so see someone so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the brands they carry. My friend ended up picking out a pair of sunglasses and Joanne took the time to make sure they were properly fitted. Thanks again!

Joanne and her team are incredible! If you want true professionals, who not only care about providing quality treatment but also being available for any all questions before and after your examinations/purchase, they are your go to. You never feel any pressure in purchasing from their store and if you do, Joanne is there to make sure you are completely happy and satisfied with the pair you choose. I especially love the fact that she gives her opinion when asked, narrows down some selection and is super patient. Will continue to buy my glasses from Market Lane!

I made an appointment with market lane optical to do an eye exam and buy new glasses. Not only was the doctor professional and front office attendant Joanne but they were very knowledgeable. There was a problem with one of the glasses Joanne made sure she corrected before she handed it off to me with no additional charge.Great place and great people would recommend.

This place is great. The service I received was beyond satisfaction. There are not many optical stores which give you very good customer service. I was even assisted to claim my insurance right on spot. You don’t see that in other optical stores. I recommend Market Lane Optical to anyone who wants a good service with professional knowledge of all for your optical needs.

My hubby and kids followed Dr. Ng to Market Lane Optical when The Vision Institute closed.Market Lane Optical is in a much better location, it’s closer to home with lots of parking (free for 2 or 3 hours). Best part about parking is that my truck actually fits in the parking garage, it was too big for the garage at The Vision Institute so I had to park across the street and walk over. The office is brand new, bright, clean and very pleasant. Dr. Ng is as great as he was before, very thorough, excellent with both adults and kids. But now that he has changed locations, he’s even better than before.

Dr. Alan Ng not only offers vast knowledge and expertise in the world of Optometry but his professionalism, patience and his attentive ear ensures that he gets to the root of your problems. Joanne is always fantastic when helping me choose my glasses. She exudes warmth, enthusiasm and professionalism. I highly recommend this Optical to all!

Yesterday I have came in to this Optical Store to get my glasses adjusted and it was almost 5:00 pm and I thought oh well it might be closed but it was still open and I meet Joanne and she was really nice and she was down to earth and she was very helpful and she adjusted my glasses and I was very over whelm by the she treated me even when I am not getting anything from the store. Thank you Joanne for adjusting my glasses even when I did not buy my glasses there.

They have a great selection of unique frames. We love our new glasses and have gotten many compliments. Joanne was really helpful when selecting frames and lenses.I also felt very comfortable at Market Lane Optical seeing their covid protocols. It’s clear that safety is their top priority. We will definitely return to purchase our next pair of glasses.

We had a wonderful experience with Joanne. She was professional, down-to-earth and understanding of our needs. We also appreciated the safety precautions that were in place, ensuring everything was according to covid protocols. Joanne understood our sense of style, picking different frames for us to choose based from our budget.We also had a great experience with Dr. Ngo. He was very detailed and asked all the right questions. He never rushed us in the duration of our appointment.We highly recommend them!
