Dairy Queen (Treat)

I went there on 30 April around 9:15. The customer service does not even deserve 1 Star. The lady in front was an indian lady , she thinks she owns dairy queen. So grumpy once i walked in. If these people dont want to work on a sunday then STAY HOME AND TAKE A PROPER REST STOP SPOILING PUIPLE MOOD .

Came in asked for chocolate ice cream cake gave my mom peanut butter ice cream cake claiming it was chocolate instead just taking advantage of her lack of understanding… will never come back here again. Frauds. Considering it’s for a birthday and someone has allergy to peanut butter.

Awful....awful place to work. I went to DQ on Chinguacousy and Sandalwood in Brampton Ontario yesterday evening on Christmas Eve, and the store had no heat. The employees were shivering as the store was freezing. The temperature inside the store was almost the same as outside. Both the employees were so nice and professional, still smiling and working to the best of their abilities in such frigid conditions. Shame on the owners who are so ruthless to keep their store open in such cold weather without heat in the store. These are horrible working conditions and should be reported to the labor board. We all are in the spirit of giving during Christmas, and to see these kids working in such treacherous conditions, my heart goes out to these two working at DQ yesterday. The management of the store was perhaps enjoying Christmas dinners while the employees were freezing to the bones. You don't even deserve one star. I'll try to reach the head office of DQ to complain about these conditions at this store.....just heads up! So unfortunate!

Always a great experience here, friendly staff, good quality products and great atmosphere. Clean and newly renovated store as well! Highly recommend

Mmm....it's been a while since I've been to DQ...it took some.time to look over the menu before I decided on a Peanut Buster ParfaitYUM YUM is all I can say....no I couldn't eat it all. I took it home and put in the freezer and finished later that night.

Nice place for ice cream or quick bite. Their chocolate extreme blizzard or Mocha Moo latte are the best. Also banana split. Dairy queen ice cream fudge cake is good too. They have 50% off on the cakes, Every Wednesday in December. Very good price to get it for New year.

I have ordered via skip the dishes on 3 separate occasions. Each time there has been a missing or wrong item. Incompetent employees.

Nice place to sit for a treat friendly staff and lovely outside sitting area

The girls where great especially the cash girl. Was bubbly and attentive to our order, the guy in the back seemd like he was from outer space! Very unsure of his surroundings. Got our order wrong. I’m almost positive Dairly Queen had standards and their cones were iconic for their look, well this guy really crapped the bed when making my hot fudge sundae. The cones looked like someone plopped ice cream on them. I suggest the owners take more time to train their staff or maybe they just don’t care as it’s not their culture and this is a cash grab for them. Won’t return especially to this location.Update: I am blown away with the reply I just received. Are you kidding me? I will never return and your fan team is worse than your serving staff! Absolutely no customer service at all.
