I would love to give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the staff definitely deserve 5 stars. Great friendly knowledgeable of the products etc.Here is where it is completely f@#$%d. You can't call the store on the phone. And who ever answers the 1 800# won't transfer you to that store.I can help you" he says."No you can't! Can you please give me the number." I say."No I will help you!"Blah blah blah!It went on for a few minutes and I gave up. Unfortunate because I went to OFS instead. It's only 2500 bucks but at least they will talk to youNeed more staff"

The worst service ever first they was like max charge 450 then i get a call that my saw gonna cost 600$ second i drop ot off with a blade when i pick it up their was no blade so pretty much they took the blade and never gove back to me i don’t recommend to work with those guys they are thieves

hilty will not honor the warranty on the productI have laser level on box it say 20years manufacturer defect warranty. I got defective productService person says it will not warrant because unit is 10 years old, more over defect warranty only in case they have track record of many units failing in a batch ... if its only one unit that purchaised failed they will not warranty....And that it HILTI warranty...

20 year warranty is a lie. Store clerk and phone rep both laughed at me when I said the 20 year warranty is the reason I switched to Hilti. Only cover manufacturer defects and those pop up right away or else it's wear and tear" So then why even mention the 20 years? With covid I've used this drill maybe 5 times. My 2 year warranty is one week expired and they want me to pay half the price of a new drill to repair it. And how do they know it's not a manufacturer defect if they don't open it up? Full out scam. And no one at the store knew anything about construction. They were very helpful when I bought my tools 2 years ago but these new employees are a joke."

They are very expensive tools , and they lied about their warranty 20yrs, you tools won't last for 3yrs, motor broke down. And they want to charge for repair.... I would buy any other brands... I don't recommend buying those expensive, not worth it..

Terrible service. Call centre staff barely speak english...Why can't we speak to the actual store?!Also bait and switch pricing - Online price doesn't match actual pricing in store. Who wants to pay $300 for a plastic case?I will make every effort to spec or use anything but hilti products going forward.

Store closed. Sign says 7 am and it's 7.30 still no one here at the Ottawa location. On hold with hilti for 10 minutes and still no answer.Is hilti closing?

Great tools, great service! My battery charger stopped working suddenly for my drill and although it's under warranty, they gave zero hassle and replaced it no questions asked!

I'm not a contractor or involve in construction but i needed some concrete anchor to secure a work surface to the ground in a workshop. I came across a very friendly sale rep driving a red Hilti pick-up and he was genuinely motivated to help. He told me to go at the Ottawa store and they would be aple to help. I did just that and was impress by the store. Of course they are more focus on the business to business but when you see great customer service on a very small scale sale it show the level of dedication they commit to... very impress

Battery didn't last long, just outside warranty and 200$ for a new one, 4 year old lightly used impact gun needs repair , 4 years old...told to buy a new one 450$+ . Used to be the best tools best service, now....ran the numbers -duration-cost and dewalt is way better
