For a lounge in a casino it was good. I had the hot dog with upgraded onions and cheese and I also upgraded my side to pouting, $16 it was delicious The service was awesome Down side the menu is limited, which is to be expected

What can l tell you, other than l have been incredibly lucky playing here. The staff from the security, waitresses, the machine attendants, and management have all great.

Well not a whole lot of luck at this location in the past few years but we ABSOLUTELY love the staff here. We’re always greeted and interacted with and made to feel very welcome! The bar service has improved greatly and has been quick and very friendly- double check last call though! Sometimes it’s done more than an hour ahead of close.

I go to chances for the restaurant. Food is very reasonable and always good. Makes it nicer not paying for pops and coffees. Nice environment and fairly quiet. Only drawback is you have to be 19 to enter.

I like the food here and have never had a complaint against it, but the 5 or so many times i have been here i have always had bad service. I have heard others complain about wait times for food, that happened to me the first time i ate here. 40 minutes and i asked if it was unusually busy that time and she said no. Another tends to be waiting for drink refills. Like i said i like the food so as long as there is less than 10 people in the dining area i'll put up with a little bad service.

Worse place ever. Now going to start asking for ID. Even if your obviously are of age. Asking every time you enter the casino. Even if you just want to go eat.

Worst service people I have ever seen.Dropped my wife and her two friends at the door for some birthday fun,get a call 5 minutes later (shes in font of them asking me to go get her ID that she forgot.So I drive home 15 minutes each way and get it.Comeing back she calls and said they had Been kicked out side for 20 minutes -8 windchill and their excuses a sign on the door .Fact they seen the girls outside freezing and could have told them to go to the hotel or let them wait inside for me to get there.I won't call any names but they deserve them all.
