I would give no stars if possible. Great company if you expect only a 1yr warranty on installation! We had some issues with tiles becoming loose after a leak from the fridge water line. When we asked them to send someone out to assess they sent a man who could barely communicate in English and couldn’t answer our questions. We asked them to send another installer and we’re told we would have to pay and that since they were installed more than a year ago it wasn’t their problem. We never hired this company in the first place! It was hired by the restoration company that was redoing our kitchen following a large flood we had.

The owner stands behind his work. Will update when the floors are completed.Update, floors are amazing they did both our bathroom floors and furnace room. There work was seamless and PERFECT. Amazing work very happy with the service offered by All About Floors. I would not hesitate to call them for any other flooring needs.Jimmy and his partner went over and above. The crew is very good at what they do and exceptional customer service. They even levelled some of the floor where it was not in the quote.Thank you so much

I've had them do my full 2nd floor and now starting on the first floor..Amazing staff, amazing craftsmanship through every step. My fireplace hearth is not a straight line, the seam they did on it is a perfect with each board.

I am very dissatisfied with the installation of my floors. The installers tried to put unnecessary transitions in the floor at the start of the project. I had to call the company and have them contact the crew to ensure that they didn’t. The installers tried to hide a mistake they had made in the floor installation when they installed a defective board. If we hadn’t checked in on the installation and looked at the floors I am sure they would have tried to cover it up. There were scratches on the floor at the end of installation where they had to move appliances and didn’t protect the floor properly. They got excess glue on sections of the laminate floor where they had glued down transitions. They were not careful with the weights they used to glue the transitions thereby getting glue on the laminate floor when moving the weights from one area to the next. I called the company and they sent the main crew guy back to clean off the glue. He did a lousy job and there are still areas of glue on the laminate. He also ruined the linoleum on our bathroom floor when he was removing excess glue at the transition. Whatever he used to get the glue off bubbled the linoleum floor. The levelling of the sub floor is also poor. There are clear areas where the floor is not level and there is pitting/sinking when you walk on some of the most trafficked walking areas in the apartment. I would definitely NOT recommend this company if you want your floors done properly.

I had the floors replaced due to flood and the restoration company uses this company to replace the floors. The first technician that came to install the floors did a bad job. Left alot of big gaps all around the floors, chips, floor transitions was crooked, installed a broken floor transition, glued it and left it and squeaky floors in multiple spots. I notifed the company, of these issue, the technician came back, filled some gaps, left the broken transitions, replace a crooked transition piece, reinstalled it straight, but now with big gap which he tried to fill in. He tried to hammer away 2 areas that the panels wasnt sitting properly then said it is what it is. If you want to fix it we have to take it all out to replace that piece. I need to think if we want to proceed and he was suppose to follow up, but never did. So I contact the company asked another tech to come out to fix all the issues he left. The new tech fix the broken and crooked transitions. Filled it more missed gaps. Then tried the place the uneven squeaky area. He removed all the panels to that section, replaced it put it all back. Then notifed me, that it is worse than before. It is now squeaky and bouncy. He advised that he doesn't have time to replace that piece today, he will have to come back, saw out that panel and replace it with take all the panels out. This was terrible. The second tech made it worse, and left it. I notifed the company, they said they would contact to me to schedule and fix the issue. But haven't heard from them for more than 8 months. This is so frustrating because they could have done it right the first time they installed the floors, but chose not to. I am disappointed in how they handled this.

I have dealt with them twice once when I had an insurance claim and once when I needed new carpet. They were just great the installers were very nice did a great job will use them again

The crew is polite and nice! They got the work done in a day for replacing our main area flooring. I gave 3 stars because I think the quality of the work can be done better.There were gaps in the baseboards after reinstallation. They didn't fill in the nail holes but perhaps that's not in their scope of work? Just feels like a bit of a rush job! See pictures.Also they have issues with missing emails (unintentionally I believe) so if you don't hear from them, try to change your subject header!

Here is a summary of my experience:- The tile contractor they hired did not disclosed critical details to us. When he recommended us to use different tiles. It would cost new tiles and extra labor. Those information was not remotely mentioned nor suggested when he recommended us to remove the tiles and split the work into two days.- The tile person did not inform us the tiles to be removed will be shattered and thus cannot be reused.- The reason the company gave us about the tile person's failure to inform was tile person wanted us to be happy" according to PureClean

top notch team from the office staff to the installers , knowledgeable , professional , responsive and budget friendly .I highly recommend this company for commercial projects and home projects . Ashley has consistently proven her passion and drive to make the process smooth and on schedule . Very happy to have found a reliable partner for future projects.

Khan did a great job replacing our floors. He went above and beyond, braving the snow to get to us and working tirelessly to ensure the install was completed on time. We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend All About Floors to friends and family!
