Learned about this store from a lady in Lowe’s while shopping for Christmas decor. The owner was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The out standing customer service was very amazing.The pricing was more then reasonable from the two visits.Recommended to my friends.

I went in originally because my vet is right next door. So glad I did, service was exceptional. I have tried many vacuums and not been happy with the results. To confirm the vacuum would work in my home with pet hair and different rugs they came to my house to test it out first. No pressure to buy and explained everything thoroughly. If you are looking for a vacuum definitely go to this spot!

This is a family owned business which just reinforces my appreciation of these types of businesses. The staff/people here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and relatable. They have your best interest at heart and willingly offer you money saving advice instead of pushing parts and product on you. They know a lot about different brands and types of vacuuums and aptly answer any questions. Their hours are very reasonable, and they are quick to obtain replacement parts for you. I highly recommend this place for any of your vacuum questions and needs!

Amazing!!! Free quote to install a central vac system and they delivered! Next day install, and very quick. Such a clean and tidy install, everything ran to maximize space and blend in so well. Such reasonable pricing, they don't try to sell you something you don't need and they are just such a wonderful family run business!! Sorry for my procrastination, I’ve been meaning to do this for over a year now. I’m just not a big review person. I have a Dyson stick vac that was having issues with the brush staying on while vacuuming. I brought it into the store even though they don’t sell or typically service Dyson’s because they don’t have the parts to service that brand. The guy in the back who does the repairs looked at it and figured out what was wrong. He didn’t have the pieces to fix it but with his knowledge he was able to fix it anyways. It still works today over a year later. I wouldn’t recommend buying a Dyson stick vac, but I would recommend buying whatever these people sell because they know what they’re doing. The best part was, they didn’t charge me for the repairs, which I could not believe. I’m not saying they would do that for you, but they did it for me, probably because he was able to fix it without any parts required. Thanks again guys! I will be back. When is Dyson finally craps out for good. Steph

I absolutely love this place. From the moment I walked in I had the most friendly and kindest lady greet me named Silvia. I honestly loved talking to her and found her extremely knowledgeable about everything vacuums and steam cleaners. My cleaner was broken and I brought it in for service. She was able to easily explain the issue and show me how it would be fixed. Because of the amazing service I came back when I needed a new vacuum cleaner for my new home and she was able to find me the perfect vacuum for all my needs I love it and so happy I didn’t just buy a dyson like I normally would have. They have amazing service and warranty on their work and products they sell. I recommend everyone to support this amazing family run business. They are so kind and honest.

I am very happy to HIGHLY recommend A vacuum for all your vacuum needs. Throughout the years I have always used their in store business for parts and services I have always found there repairs prompt and reasonably priced. For the first time I required their service in my home. The Tech arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, he was able to get the vacuum to start working again but because he did not have a part he suggested for me to order the part and install it myself. He did not charge me for his time that it took for him to travel let alone diagnose the problem. Upon returning to his shop he found the part called me, returned, and installed the part for just the price of the part... It is nice to see a small busniss go above and beyond to help a customer. I can't say enough about how exceptional the service at A Vacuum Store is. They pride themselves on being a family business and they truly deliver in the quality of their customer service. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Sylvia both times I've had to go in for service and advice. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a great resource. I wish all businesses gave customer service of this caliber!

After having an awful experience at another vacuum store, I went to this store and was really impressed. I went in 2x, once to bring in my broken hose and nozzle to see if it could be fixed. I found out it had been handyman" fixed and wasn't the original parts for my central vacuum. They still tried to fix it for me! I was given options and they kept in communication with me.The second time to pick up a new hose and parts. The lady at the front desk (I can't remember her name) is lovely

The most helpful, thorough and amazing customer service I have had anywhere in a long time! They really know their stuff and ensure you have a solution! Plus I love seeing the resident furry staff member Charlie! I would highly recommend this place. Saved me a ton of money getting my stick vacuum repaired through warranty!
