Bikini Village CrossIron Mills

I am 10 months post partum and have struggled to find an affordable but flattering option to fit me. As a last minute decision on my husbands part we stopped into bikini village and I was blown away by the customer service. Flo was amazing to deal with and she made me feel so taken care of and confident. She introduced me to the tummy tamer bottoms that were recently brought out and they are amazing! So all the mommas out there, please stop into this store, you won’t regret it!

Had a great experience shopping for a swimsuit. Flo was very helpful and honest and helped me find two beautiful suits for my vacation. She knows her stuff and will make you feel awesome! I will be back to see her again soon!

I would give zero stars if I could...with great excitement for our upcoming trip I came into the store looking for a new bathing suit, one other customer was being helped by an employee, I walked through the store, 2 employees were behind the counter, neither one greeted me or asked if they could help but I could feel them staring at me, after viewing for a few more minutes I left the store feeling very disappointed.As someone who has worked in the customer service field for over 10 years it is very upsetting to see the lack of customer service employees give to customers these days.It's already intimidating walking into a swimming suit store to hopefully find the right one. I hope that this never happens to anyone else and the employees take a better lesson in customer care.

This has been my best experience going bathing suit shopping iv ever had, im currently 8 months pregnant and have gained a stupid amount of weight, the girls there were able to to find exactly what I was looking that was also abled to accommodate this new plus sized body that shows off the bump that will also work for me postpartum while covering that area up after for a decent price. Absolutely thrilled with the experience and enclusivity there.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful! They so many good quality and beautiful swim suits and beach wear and at great prices. Sales are awesome. I was thrilled with my purchases! Also went to the bikini village in market mall after I bought all the things from Crossiron, exact same experience! Leaving this same review there! Let’s support these guys!

Excellent service by the staff members! I don't remember name of the lady who helped me (tall, blonde hairs, had tattoo on the back) but she was really helpful and friendly.I told her about my preference and she offered me best selections and well within my budget.Thank you for the amazing service!- Jay

A terrific experience. I hate bathing suit shopping but the customer service provided made it easy and most pleasant. The sale racket was incredible. Paid $126 for 5 pieces. My saving $206. What more could I ask. Thank you.

Not a complete flop and the main young lady we worked with was wonderful! But unfortunately there was a lady (seemed like a manager) rudely waking around not helping and without a mask. Just kind of ruined a safe shopping experience! Always be aware of how you appear to you clients:)

The staff were very helpful in helping me find a bathing suit/cover up for my upcoming trip. She went above and beyond by bringing bathing suits and cover ups to the change room that she thought I might like based on my other selections. Thank you for your help! Can’t wait to wear it!

Finding a swimsuit can be a difficult task, Alissa was incredibly helpful & helped me find everything that I needed ! Not to mention the fact she was so lovely to chat with. I’m truly grateful to have such amazing customer service & I’ll definitely be back ☺️As far as a comment below on not wearing a mask, never make assumptions, be kind & remember there may be a medical reason behind it.
