Quick Muffler Shop

2018 a muffler was installed it was louder than when I brought in the vehicle spoke to Abe and he changed the muffler using quiet flow. All was good and was told it has a life time warranty although no warranty was written on the invoice I was assured it was a lifetime 4 years later I returned to the place of business for a muffler replacement in 2022 and was informed it was the tail pipe needed to be changed I inquired of the muffler’s warranty and was assured by the gentleman on the computer there is warranty. 2023 again I returned to the facility for leaking muffler. Now I am told that there was only a 1 year warranty. So to sum up my experience with this company is to not take their words for granted get warranty in writing on the invoice if not stated on the invoice thanks for reading. And be careful with them

What an experience. These guys took me last minute to fix an exhaust leak. Arrived and a short time later my car was in the shop and up on the hoist. The gentleman working on my car, possibly the owner was incredible. The exhaust leak was fixed in no time and I was back on the road. Will use this shop again

Great place if you need work done fast and poorly. I asked for a bolt to be replaced and they ended up drilling out $2000 worth of catalytic converter and and when i went to inspect the work they used a bolt and nut from home depot. I would not call this work safe. Use at your own risk and double check the work they have completed. Will not be retuening.

Super fast, reasonable priced and very good customer service. I walked into the garage on Friday morning they were able to fix my car in about 30 minutes. Every was very pleasant. Definitely my new go to place.

Everyone that helped us was extremely nice. We drove up to have a piece of the exhaust welded together and we were in and out within 30 minutes! The cost was also amazing.Highly recommend Quick Muffler!

Oh man, the people at this place just don't learn. I got some sway bar links done here in the past year or so and I was told they are under warranty. When I went there they refused to see me because someone I had left a bad review long before. The owner comes out and asks me 'why did you leave bad review, you're not welcome here'. I told him the bad review was left prior because I had a bad experience there. The owner had a chance right there to make things right but instead chose his usual unprofessional ways. I'm surprised this place has so many good reviews. They make you wait all day, treat you like trash. I mean the prices are okay but they don't stand by what they say. These people are the definition of dishonest. Apparently you can't complain about their services or attitude or else they wont serve you anymore. Also, watch out for being misled here in terms of pricing, and hey if you don't agree they will just tell you to take a hike. I think everyone here should go to school and learn the virtues of doing good business, customer service, to understand that without the customers, they're nothing. Especially the owner and the lady with attitude at the front. Do you know what they had the audacity to tell me? I should go take up my problems with the parts manufacturers..... Uh you're the one who installed my parts. These people are a joke lol. I implore everyone who isn't satisfied with something these people do to just leave a bad review, this city is so big and there are so many mechanics that are great and honest. You just have to look. I'm surprised with all the good reviews here, who knows maybe all these people were bribed considering how scared they make you feel if you leave a bad review. Do yourself a favour and don't go to this place. Quick muffler = Quick to Deceive. Totally unprofessional and scummy.

Incredible place. I went to 2 other auto shops to try and fix my muffler. Not only did Quick Muffler Shop change my muffler in less than 40 minutes, it was extremely reasonably priced! They were so transparent about the process. I am just beyond impressed by their customer service and how painless the visit was. I would highly recommend coming to the shop!! Thank you again!

Abe did an excellent job. Had a tricky flex pipe to replace, he made it look easy. Very professional work. Will be back for sure.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Great shop and amazing staff. They’ve always kept a good communication with me and explained what was needed on my vehicle when it needed to be repaired.I also wanted to mention I’m a disabled driver who drives a wheelchair accessible van. They have accommodated me numerous times and are very understanding of my situation.Thank you Quick Muffler for always making me feel welcomed and the ongoing business.
