Just purchased the DJI Mavic Pro a few days ago. Layne was very knowledgable and helpful in answering all of my questions to ensure the Drone I chose was right for me. After setup, I was flying in just a few minutes and WOW..... this thing is super fun! The 12mp camera takes great photos and the 4K video is amazing. Excellent Customer Service and a great product.

If you need any DJI products, this is your go to place. They offer everything you need and the support/care. Merv was very helpful with my situation! Will return here for any DJI related issue as they know what they are doing!

The drones speak for themselves, but Layne's service was remarkable - rapid response to questions, informative and most of all made sure all my questions were answered to satisfaction.As for the drone, I picked up a DJI Mavic Pro and I'd recommend it to anyone. Incredibly easy to operate and the technology that's inside is remarkable for such a compact machine!

First major crash with my drone. Went online to find a place to get it fixed. AerialTech was shown and was located in Lethbridge Alberta. Called to find out more info. Very professional and knowledgeable. Took drone in to have it checked. He said it was fixable and of course the piece that was broken needed professional help. Got quoted a fair price. Left it and was told five days. Called five days later and they had just fixed it. So went in and was told what the bill would be. Was 30 dollars less than the quote. That was nice usually the repairs seem to be more when completed. So glad that AerialTech was able to fix it and was done so fast. Will be going back to check out some of the drones they have in stock. The pictures are taken with drones. Thanks for the great service.

Best customer service ever. 100% customer for life, and will refer all my friends to this business. Long story short: I bought a drone from Aerial Tech when my old Mavic Pro became too expensive to repair. Upon returning home with my new purchase of a new Mavic Pro, and Goggles, there was a problem with the new drone that required me to pack it all up and return it to see what was wrong. Layne and Merv were able to get me up and running in no time flat, and went above and beyond the call of duty. I must point out this type of customer service is a rarity these days, and both gentlemen listened intently and made a decision that has earned a customer for life here. Of course, since I was back in Lethbridge, I also had to pick up the new Crystal Sky monitor. Well worth the $$$ and ask for a demonstration!!!!! You fellas really made my day, and the whole purchasing experience a positive one. I cannot express how glad I am to make your acquaintance. The best way I can repay you folks is to send clients your way, and hope that other people see this review. Yes, it was worth the 7 hour drive to deal with people who are professional, and passionate about their business.

Not impressed order a part said it would be In a few days that was before thanksgiving well it’s been over a month and still not part and no communication. get the runaround about this issue and was told today I had to order from somewhere else.

I have been in the commercial drone industry for over 5 years now and have been dealing with a number of DJI dealers in Canada. AerialTech has supplied me with the best pricing and service that I have ever had. I recently made a large purchase from Layne at AerialTech and he went well out of his way to confirm everything was working properly and shipped my order promptly. I recently had an intermittant camera issue and AerialTech stepped it up big time, supplying me another unit for a large video shoot I had booked. Merv @ Aerial Tech provides fast, friendly and reliable service at a fair price. There are very few reputable repair places in Vancouver so I had to ship our Inspire 2 to Lethbridge. Merv was super helpful before sending it off to make sure it wasn't an easy fix on my end. The day the machine arrive I heard from Merv that it was already on the bench. By the end of the day our machine was repaired at a great price and an honest assessment. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. I will be sending future machines back to Aerial Tech and passing on his services to other colleagues.

Very unprofessional service due to lack of the communication. One of our aircrafts was sent for repair due to crooked horizon during panning. Even though I was assured that problem was identified and fix is implemented, drone came back with same problem. After sending multiple emails throughout the fix process and after aircraft was returned, never got back a single reply from them. Overall: 3 weeks of time wasted, problem is not fixed, and emails are ignored.
