D&D LUXURY NAILS LOUNGE AND SPA

Came here a few days ago with a group of friends. 2 of friends 1 got yellow fingers and 1 got all 3 shellac mani came off within 2 days. So rush and fingers hurt. Never come back.

Would not suggest this place to even my worst enemy.Went in this evening as I grow my natural nails long, but had a tip on one that had broke in the past. My natural nail was grown out so much the last bit of the tip that was left started separating. Instead of removing the powder and the tip, the girl FILES MY NATURAL NAIL DOWN leaving just what feels like the powder. Once I had noticed which was about 10 minutes into the appointment I pointed out her mess up. And because I have been growing my nails for so long this extremely upset me. I then sat for then next hour crying in the chair, not even offered a tissue. Being so upset I chose a different quicker design just so I could get the hell out of there. If you want your nails BUTCHERED. This is the place to go.

So happy with my service on Monday. I was able to get in right away. I rebooked before I left.Unfortunately I have broken a nail, but plan to stop in and get it replaced on MondayEdit: Amy was great and was able to help with my broken nail no problem!

After getting Shellac mani pedi for at least 10years...EXTREMELY disappointed in this place. Had a shellac mani pedi went home woke up to go to the airport my nails had turned yellow. Needless to say my holiday I had partially yellow nails and toes. I went to show them upon my arrival home and asked for compensation. The owner told me it was bc I put my hands in bleach......etc. Seriously......as if. She wanted to fix the color I told them no as I have to remove my shellac bc of where I work. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

the shaping is very bad she left red marks on my nails and did not clean off the edges when done and left them looking bad this is not the shape i like i will not go bad

Got my nails done before my vacation. Absolutely loved the atmosphere, experience, and having amazing nails! So in love with the colour, shape, and quality!Can't wait to come back for a fill!

Ive been coming here for some time since i moved to courtice and im beyond disappointed my nails are nothing what I asked for when I said i wanted them longer i was told it wouldnt look good and still the nail tech proceeded all my nails are un even nothing matches. My pedicure is even more disappointing i have ingrowns which are still bothering me and the tech told me its just my skin dont worry about it my pedicure lasted about 15mins they used the machine to do most of the work the bottom of my feet still felt rough when i mentioned it the tech told me i dont need it, why am i being questioned on the service i want i feel like crying spending over $100 and being completely disappointed. I’ve referred and vouched for this place and now its time for me to find somewhere new. Too many shortcuts and want to increase prices but not willing to provide the same service as before.Literally called my husband afterwards in tears spent $115 thats almost a days pay for me.

They rushed and my nails look horrible. It was not worth the $98 they charged me at all. I don’t even want to go back and have them fix my nails I’m that annoyed.

Absolutely love this nail salon, VERY clean environment and welcoming, polite staff. I’ve been attended to by Danny, Jenny, Carrie, and a few others and ALWAYS well taken care of and leaving salon satisfied. Every service I’ve had is always so relaxing as well. I will continue to recommend this location to everyone! Thank you so much again ☺️
