I've been having issues with my Ac system. I don't know that much about cars, but I've been told my compressor needs to be worked on, possibly replaced. I phoned the clinic to see if I could bring my car in to get it looked at/get a quote. The guy on the phone was asking me pretty specific questions about my car that I tried my best to answer, but I'm not a car expert. Im not sure what the cause of the problem is, just described some of the symptoms. He was rude and frustrated when I couldnt answer his questions and told me that it didn't sound like something he wanted to get into.Isn't diagnosing and fixing problems what a shop does?No problem, I will find someone else to take my $$$.

I have always had good service here, and the best part is I don't feel like they are trying to upsell me on expensive, unnecessary maintenance. They fix what's wrong, point out other obvious issues they see, and that's it.

Ivan even went above and beyond and dropped my vehicle off for me when I was sick and unable to pick it up myself. Called to see how much it would cost to take out the old refrigerant and put proper stuff in. The guy told me 450 to 500. Called 3 other places and asked for the same thing. All 3 shops said under 200. On top of over charging, the guy on the phone was really rude.
