Dr. Mouisset fixed my frozen shoulder in like a week. She also referred meTo the physio next door and Akashdeep gave meJust the right exercises as well as manually fixing the ones that were strained. It was fast turn around as my shoulder couldn’t move for 4/5 days before I went in and started getting better within two days.

I have been a patient of Dr Khan for over 5 years. He is professional & respectful. I also have a very good repor with the clerks. There have been a lot of changes over the years regarding walk-ins & office hours. The patient load has increased, I dont think he is even taking new patients. A person use to be able to go in as a walkin any time of the day. Then it started to get that people who had appointments were being impacted by all the walkins. It is not that they stop taking walkins @ 11 am they only have so many spots available each day.Doctors get paid a fee for each patient they see. Some clinics will put people in & out all day. I am glad Willowbrook Medical Clinic is more concerned with quality of care rather than quantity. The clerks may not be big bubbly rays of sunshine but they know their stuff" & manage that clinic very efficiently."

Excellent, professional, and top notch clinic! All customers, including Indigenous clients, are treated with genuine respect and dignity. Basic health services are provided regardless of Health Insurance coverage. Unlike other Health service providers that deny basic health care services to Indigenous clients due to their Health Insurance coverage and race.Dr. Khan is a great, respectful, and thoughtful physician who actually listens to the patients' problems and concerns. Unlike other Langley physicians (and clinics) who simply see you as another dollar sign, who rarely listen to your concerns, who treat you with little respect and who quickly usher you out of the clinic door.

Dr. Mouisset called me yesterday and was trying to actually call my wife. I gave her my wife’s number and then she goes on to lecture me that my wife should use the right phone number. I tried to say to her that maybe you made the mistake.I don’t appreciate your arrogance Dr. Mouisset. I was taught that people that are that arrogant with people are actually just completely insecure with themselves. I even said “Thank you” at the end of our conversation and you didn’t even say “bye.” I hope that some one that is considering you as a family doctor will read this and think again. If you think people are mere subjects Dr. Mouisset, maybe you should think about a career change. I will give you the satisfaction though Dr. Mouisset, you were in the “right.” I, as just a mere subject and not a human being, was in the wrong.Once again, Thank you and Bye. Try saying that on the phone with people one day Dr. Mouisset.

I have been a patient here for many years. I have never had a bad experience. The Reception staff are always kind and helpful. Many times they have accommodated me at the last minute, for which I am very grateful. Yes, sometimes the wait may be a bit longer than anticipated but that is to be expected with a walk-in clinic. (That is no different than any other walk-in clinic).Dr. Khan and Dr. Ghazali are very thorough and professional. I am treated with respect and understanding.Thank you to all who work here!

After reading some reviews I was sorry to read some visits were unpleasant because of the rude receptionist........she was extremely rude and had a bad attitude she has been gone for more than a year and the replacements ladies are so wonderful don’t judge this clinic because of the receptionist.....thankfully she is gone and not causing bad feelings.I have been seeing Dr. Kahn almost from the beginning of this clinic opening and I look forward to seeing him because he is the kindest Dr. He is so professional and kind and will always tell it like it is...I have also seen dr. ghosali who is also very nice and knowledgeable whenever dr. Khan gets a break. I highly recommend dr.khan and his relief dr. Gosali......

Highly recommend this clinic. They don’t rush you and make sure you’re well taken care of. Felt comfortable and without judgment when dealing with women’s health, thanks to Dr. F Mouisset.Receptionist on duty was kind and accommodating.As well the gentleman who works in the pharmacy next door is very caring for his clients and goes the extra mile to make sure patients get the medication they need as quickly as possible.

Dr. Khan has always gone above and beyond to help me mentally and physically. He truly cares and I feel truly blessed to have him as my Family Doctor.

I was searching for Tdap vaccine and this was the only pharmacy in Surrey that had the supplies. Their customer service is great. All the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Good luck calling as they most likely don’t pick up, not helpful or friendly. if you can find a different doctor and office, then do that.
