Great concept for a small hotel, self check in was easy even with a slight problem. (Previous guest took the key) The rooms are beautiful, clean and have everything you need. Loved the games in the entry that you can take to your room. Location is fabulous, walking distance to food, drinks and history. With several suite options this will be our go to place for visiting Quebec City. Electric car charger is a huge bonus, even the car was happy at the end of the trip.

Beautiful clean newly renovated apartment with full-sized kitchen. Fire TV in both living room and spacious bedroom. Lots of closet space. Pans and kitchen stuff. Nice wine and drinking glasses and a nice selection of teas and coffee for the Keurig. FullHowever, I wouldn't stay here again. the comfort of the bed is vital to me as not getting a good night's sleep on vacation isn't a vacation. The bed was like a board. So were the couches. No cushioning. Pillows not great either. . There was only one lamp in the whole bedroom on one side of the bed with a low wattage bulb. There was a thermostat in every room but they didn't seem to do anything. It was stifling hot even though it wasn't hot outside.The door to the bedroom wouldn't shut so if someone wanted to get some quiet in the bedroom while the other person or persons were talking or watching TV in the bedroom, oh well.

I stayed at Le 31 McMahon for three nights and couldn't be made better deal. It's the perfect place to stay in Québec City, near to everything. The apartment was fully equipped and very clean. The shower and water temperature, perfect. The check-in and check-out were very easy and the staff members were always ready to help with quick response to my questions. Definitely recommend it and will stay there again for sure!

This apartment hotel is “all new” in the Old City of Quebec, meaning newly renovated in a very old building. It is gorgeous and does an excellent job of blending clean contemporary style with rustic features like old brick.Our stay is fairly short, just one couple, knew we would be wandering much of the time so I chose not to book a suite. The space is extremely well organized, feels open and bright (but excellent blackout shades for sleeping). Comfortable bed, nice kitchen. And the lighting choices are inspiring—lots of indirect options.For a longer stay or more people, the suites would no doubt be perfect.The location is excellent for both walking access and quiet nights. Will we stay here again? Oh yes! Definitely! Do we recommend 31 Rue McMahon highly? Yes, without hesitation!

This place was great and so was the customer service. Beautiful bright rooms with high ceilings. Fully furnished kitchen and washer dryer. Excellent location for walking around. Would definitely stay here again!

Good place for a long stay. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Just miss a human touch.

Great location, awesome rooms and smooth experience for self checking in and out.Rooms are clean and well equipped; you have your own kitchen in case you want to cook (be advised, though, that there are a lot of nearby tempting great restaurants).The only callout is that if you have some kind of physical impediment, be aware that there is no elevator in the building.

We stayed here the first weekend of Carnival and we are so happy we found this exceptional residence.The personal phone call before our arrival, the ability to store our suitcases before check-in, and allowing an early check-in Wass much appreciated.Help with the TV, a request for more coffee, and every call for help or information was answered by friendly staff. Sandrine, Stefanie, Sébastien, and the crew working in the residence all went out if their way to make our stay perfect. They helped us navigate Carnival events and ordered our taxi for early morning pick-up to the airport.We were so happy with the perfectly outfitted rooms, the location, the incredible cleanliness and the super staff that we have already booked to return in June.Thank you for all your help and kindness!

Beautiful, clean, and quiet hotel. Our room was elegant and comfortable, and we were within walking distance of several great attractions. The staff were also wonderful and very attentive to our needs, and our self check-in and check-out was very easy. I wouldld definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Old Quebec City. I stayed here during Carnaval and it was very close to all the action. The room I stayed in (102) was done really well and was very spacious. No complaints at all. They only have two parking spots on site so reserve a space early if you need parking.
