Food and service are okay! Decent quality food. Wednesday all day happy hour!Portions are a bit small for the price.Overall a 4 star experience.

Cold Tea Restaurant
The restaurant has Asian and western influences. Libations served with dim sum what an amazing place. I haven’t had a chance to dine on the patio but it will be the thing to do next time. Weekend dim sum using push carts reminiscent of my childhood dining places with family, however the mimosas cart definitely brings me back to present. Definitely worth it to come for bite and drink.

This was the perfect dining experience!We were greeted by a very cheery and friendly staff member, who started serving us & provided us with some wonderful recommendations. Literally everyone we were in contact with was so wonderful and the service was on point. They were always there at the right time, but it was also never pushy.The food was fresh & delicious, and it came out timely. There were so many great options from fish to meat to vegan as well as vegetarian options!A true delight - 5 ⭐️!(Due to the low light, which is so lovely for the atmosphere, we could unfortunately not capture any better pictures...)

I came here on a Saturday evening for a snack drink after dinner. You definitely need to make a reservation here over the weekend. Every table was full! The dj was spinning some great hip hop throwbacks. I liked the atmosphere and vibe. The oyster mushroom bao and peach iced tea I tried were both delicious. I like the idea of jnisex washrooms. Although I find with men urinating standing up that they weren't as clean as I would have liked. I'll definitely come back here again, thank you.

Honestly a great place that is super under rated in the flavors of the drinks that are all made from handmade ingredients with new exciting experiences to be had. The servers and owner are extremely friendly and will always make sure it all is good. The food was all nice portions with amazing baskets that you could try a whole bunch. The decoration in the place fits the style too and makes a huge impact on the experience. I wish there were more outdoor signs to know what it is. But this place is a 1000% hidden gem of Vancouver.

This place is pretty trendy. Crowd is generally young adults. Relatively noisy but on par with other busy places I have been to. You do have to raise your voice to talk to each other. No central airconditioning but they have a standing fan running (I think it's an evaporative cooler). They have half circle tables that can maybe seat 5 and bigger circle lounge areas that can probably seat 7. They look pretty cool and remind me of the club. They can probably easily accomdate large groups by the window. The sub looks to be about 6 inches. I thought it was pretty tasty and well worth the try. I don't normally put beansprouts in my pho but I really like the beansprouts in this. They are just a little soft with a good crunch and very flavourful. Even in the large, the amount of noodles is not a lot compared to a dedicated pho place but you can add extra noodles for $3 which I definitely recommend if you're a big eater. They give you a lot of delicious soup in that bowl though. Could probably add 2 or 3 extra portions of noodles and still have broth left over. Around 8:30pm on Friday night. They turned up the music, dimmed the lights and had a live DJ. Has a cool club vibe.

A real find. Really good dim sum, at night, with a twist. The mushroom dumplings were so good we had to order more. Everything else was really good too. Lovely atmosphere and excellent service.

Came here for a Christmas event with 20 people, they squished us into 4 tables and it was very tight. Trying to get a server to take our order was tough because it was a busy Saturday night. We pretty much ordered everything on the menu and most of the food was good. It wasn’t anything spectacle because the prices were high for dimsum, you’re pretty much paying for the ambience. There was a DJ there and it was quite loud.The decor is outstanding and I actually liked the unisex washrooms. I loved the cocktail push cart, it definitely felt modernized. I’m giving it more stars for the ambience then food.
