You need to stop taking walk-ins at this location!! I should not be waiting upwards 45mins when I book an appt!!!No only for me waiting but also, this is too much on your staff for such a small location! Unfair for everyone!!

How come a lab doesn't have swab for testing!!! The staff was nice but he asked me if I had brought the swab from the doctor.Wasting time to come and did nothing

Bad infection controlOne of the staff never changed her gloves or washed her hands, she had been wearing the same glove before, during and after blood test, she didn’t even took it off after that and continued to touch the document of the next patient then called their name no wonder she would not change it until her toilet or meal break.Though the risk is low, there’s still a possibility to cause cross infection if she is not aware of infection control issue. She is just protecting herself and actually putting patients at risk.

If you have to get a blood test here, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Even then, be prepared to wait 10-30 minutes past your scheduled appointment. The front desk is disorganized and those who have appointments have to walk right up to reception and cut off the walk-in line to confirm they're here. So, you can have 5 people up at reception with 1-2 receptionists checking people in on 1 computer. They also take your health card and don't give it back along with receipts for any blood tests you paid for (if you have) until you're in a cubicle to GET your blood test. I don't know if this is common in Ontario, but this is strange for your health card to be held onto. I asked for it back at the reception desk and was told I'd get it back before my blood tests.Such a small space (3 cubicles), especially when a walk-in line divides the waiting area (mostly for those with appointments) and extends to the hallway. When I went to get my blood tests, there were people waiting there for an HOUR (I don't know if they had appointments or not). This is not an establishment where you can walk in and get a test, appointments take priority! The lady who did my blood test even said this was a regular occurrence; They're always busy (and I assume this disorganized).

Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I went in for an X-ray on my chest and the lab technician specifically told me to wait in the waiting room. So I got the X-ray done at 2pm and waited 2 hours until 4pm. No call from doctor and no one asked or cared to approach me while I was waiting. I had to call my doctors office to learn that all is well and they should’ve told me to go. Staff had time to laugh and talk about who can knit and who can’t knit but didn’t have time to wake up and pay attention to their job. Spoke with the manager and she doesn’t seem to know how to run a place. Waste of time and unprofessional, definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Why there is no option for zero stars. This place is absolutely useless. Minimum 2 hours wait time just for a simple fasting blood test. No parking. Extremely rude staff. If LifeLab owners are reading this then let me tell you your Business sense is simply pathetic and so are your HR skills

I have never have to wait for 4 hours for a blood test...Then, still not done, Finally I asked for a refund and left very hungry and tired. Seriously, your time is valueable. Don't go here.
