My husband and I ordered potato seeds from CountrySense on June 12th, with confirmation of payment and a shipping date of 3-5 business days later. Fast forward to now 10 business days later and not a single shipping email or package received.I contacted the Fergus store 48 hours ago to speak to someone regarding the matter and was told the owner" would call me the next day to sort the details as the girl I was speaking to was not able to access the online shop. Still not a single contact.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They just take your money and never send the product. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and the deception."

Worst experience with my online order with me calling them for an update for 4 times and still no resolution in sight. You can never talked to the manager or owner but to leave behind your number and they will tell that they passed your info to the person in charge of the online then later to the owner but still no call back.Please avoid at all cost as you don'tneed the headaches!

Great little store! Lots of livestock feed and anything you need for your animal care.

Sent multiple messages no timely response. Tried to be understanding of the reason but I'm not impressed by the service I've recieved.Asked for refund this morning after a third attempt to find a delivery time or alternative option. Like to support local but won't be shopping here again. Still waiting on response..

Very unorganized. Have been waiting 6 weeks for plants they have told me they ordered. Every week they tell me to comr back later thst week. Still no plants.

Awesome store, kind of like a co-op or what TSC used to be. Great vegetable and flowers across the street. Great bird seed. Selection of nuts and bolts. Farm stuff.

Country Sense used to be our go to place for some of our livestock supplies but the last two times we have been in we've been very dissatisfied. First, the staff assured us we were getting the medium shavings we asked for (we even double checked with them). We get back and realize we were given fine shavings. Very annoying. Now, we've been waiting for over a week for multiple large water troughs for our new barn. Not only have we been waiting but we've called inquiring many times. Nobody seems to be on the same page together, one staff member couldn't even find it written down anywhere and had to tell us he had to call the other staff member. Bad customer service and business practices. And would it hurt to dust your store every once in a while?

This is one of my favorite places. They have the most beautiful flower baskets & all the Owners are friendly & helpful. This summer I took in my own pots & Julia made 2 arrangements for the front of my porch ,& they are beautiful .

I hate to give it only one star. But my past few times there I have dealt with staff that know nothing, especially the younger lady at the counter. I've asked about products the best answer she has had is I don't know" why would you put someone running your store that knows nothing? This has been more than once. I needed garden items today
