Just finished my second chocolate meditation with the wonderful ladies of health and beauty from within. It’s such a treat after a stressful week to lay back, have destress acupuncture, and enjoy a guided meditation. Dr. Chung was kind enough to modify the acupuncture treatment for my current health concerns, and I came to feeling absolutely amazing! Thanks ladies!

Just finished a session of Poke and Choco. What a lovely time out and relaxation. Do yourself a favour and search it on Eventbrite and get a ticket for the next session. A great experience. I’ve left with something important that I’m taking forward with me.
