I appreciate the service and the workmanship, but it seems the bill was a little high for about a half hour of work! Also tardy to get the actual bill, why the delay?Other than that,Andrew was was a pro and thanks to him!!

Alan was very thorough and professional. He put on the charging station for my electrical car. He did a beautiful job with the wiring inside the wall, and he took the time explaining to me before he did everything. The most important thing is his pricing is very reasonable for his top service. Would recommend him to all my family and friends.

We appreciated him explaining what he was doing, and that he identified and fixed several wiring issues done in a renovation by the previous home owners. I've never had a need to call an electrician as I'm comfortable doing basic things like replacing fixtures, outlets, and switches myself. My dimmer switch was buzzing, causing lights to flicker, and had a burnt smell behind the cover. I thought there might be something more serious going on so decided to call an electrician. I went with Mr Electric Edmonton SW because of the reviews, the location, and the fact they took calls 24/7. Some other highly rated electricians only operate on weekdays. I called Sunday morning and Alan called me back within minutes and came out later that day to replace the dimmer switch. There was nothing else serious going on. However, I did email Alan on a concern I had with the new switch. He phoned me immediately and we talked through it, leaving me satisfied there was nothing to be concerned about. But he called later and said he'd like to stop by tomorrow just to make sure. How many contractors care enough to do that? He came by the next day as promised and confirmed that there were no problems, but if any do arise he will happily come out to change the switch out. Great service!
