My mom and I worked with Katie for maid of honor and mother of the bride dresses and she was incredibly helpful. She was so patient and pulled so many dresses for us for multiple hours. They have so many styles and colors and help you find what’s right for you! We both ended up buying dresses!

Unhelpful staff. Did nothing to accommodate me, were very short when i asked questions, Would not recommend then to anyone.

The team at bridal elegance is spectacular! From their selection to their customer service they were great! Suzanne was very patient with me & I am so excited to wear my gorgeous wedding dress on my wedding day!

The whole experience was great. The workers were nice and helped me learn what I wanted for my dress. Everyone was really sweet there and know how to make you feel good about yourself. It’s a lovely environment for trying dresses on. I also found the perfect dress so win win.

I had heard mixed reviews of this salon. Being plus size I was wary that some stores wouldn’t have dresses for me to try on.I visited BE on two occasions, both times were amazing experiences. Everyone I came into contact with was helpful and nice. I found the perfect dress for that felt like it was made for me!Katy was my consultant and I loved working with her! She was positive the whole time, fun and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend them to any bride plus size or not!

Staff was rude & disrespectful. Seriously? You work retail. It's literally your job to sell sh!+. Body shamed our bridal party. Caused the maid of honor to cry. David's Bridal was wonderful. That's where we made our purchases. Where we were treated with RESPECT & KINDNESS. They listened to us & met our individual needs.

I LOVED the wedding dress I found at bridal elegance, and due to how friendly they were I decided to do my alterations there( also because I wasn’t certain if anyone in my area did alterations). HUGE MISTAKE! I waited months for my alteration appointments, 2 hour drive there and then back home, and at every single appointment they blew me off. The first time was to help a bridesmaid who got pregnant and needed alterations also, but instead of making her wait because I had an appointment and she was a walk in they made me wait spent about 10 minutes with me even though they said each appointment is an hour long. The second time I waited an hour after my appointment time and they did not give me a reason. They spent 5 minutes with me and sent me on my way. My final appointment, I tried my dress on they told me it looked good did not give me any time of day, saying they were too busy and again they sent me on my way. Unfortunately On my wedding day I came to realize my straps were too loose.

The staff at Bridal Elegance was fantastic. They listened to what I was looking for in a wedding dress and pulled so many dresses that met my needs until I found the one. They were patient with me and knowledgeable about what in the store. They also took care of me through the entire process - text updates on order status, appointment reminders, etc. Check them out!
