Went to the Polo Park location today to get my daughter's ears pierced. The two ladies that worked there for our 4 p.m. appointment were amazing. They were very professional, pleasant and patient. The girl marking my daughters ears was a perfectionist which is appreciated when you're getting this type of service. Thank you ladies for making it so enjoyable.

They racially profiled my friends and kicked them out for walking past the store. They also took pictures of them and called their cell. The worker is lying and saying she didn't take a picture of them, when they watched her do it.

the manager is so bad. she needs better training and is so disrespectful to her customers. i felt she was extremely racist and disgusting watching and following me in the store i will not be coming back. i hope she gets fired.

Worst customer service by the manager itself. I went there to return something which didn’t have the cover on it. Associate said “let me talk to the manager”. The manager came and said no we can’t take this without the cover but I get it, tbh I got the waist belt without any cover and it had a bar code on the little slip that was still attached to it because I didn’t use it at all. Then manager threw the belt on the table and said just give them the money and very much in rude tone. I was very surprised to see this type of customer service there because I never saw that their before. As the associate was processing and giving us the refund, the manager came to the counter again and threw the same belt on desk again. Very disappointing!! Not even giving zero to this kind of service. Better give someone else that job or train her!!!!

#firethemanager this was the worst experience of my life. I went to the store with my friends Angelica and angel, and I felt very uncomfortable in the store because, she was following us around and snapping pictures of us. They kicked us out saying we were harassing them, I felt very discriminated because they were only yelling at me. #geticingbanned I hate you polo park for not believing me.

The sales lady who first came up to us was very nice. We were looking for earrings. She told us we could feel free to try them on. We thought it kinda odd but she assured us so we did, with the intention of purchasing them. A manager I believe then came up to us and was extremely rude. Telling us very rudely how we were a health hazard and we should have never tried on these earrings, even though we tried to explain another of her employees had assured us we could. After seeing her scold the girl who told us we could try them on, we felt awkward after and left without purchasing anything. Definitely not coming back here.

Great store, great selection. The problem ? The salesperson. I asked for an item and she was lost. My wife bought a tiara 3 days before and it broke. I went to get another one, asked for it and the salesperson said we dont have that. Found it after calling my wife from the store. Please owners get someone who can do better.

the manager at this store was racist to one of my good friends while we were in the store i just left because she felt so uncomfortable after being followed around. terrible costumer service. worst experience. i feel so bad for her.

If your are planning to get your child's ears pierced then this is the best place to go. Denise - the manager is extremely friendly and patient with younger kids. She spend 55 mins just trying to get a good mark on my daughter's ears. She was so good! I was very comfortable just because she was brilliant with kids. Highly recommend!!

This store is a great place to pick out cute accessories, and perfect for gift shopping. Have purchased many cute items here as well as gift cards for birthdays or Christmas, never had a complaint.
