Excellent service!Sara and her team Tony and Taylor were very polite and efficient.They arrived on time and ready to work, they followed our instructions, were careful not to scratch walls on their way out or in and always had a smile on their faces.They made our move much easier, I would highly recommend them.

We hired Western Express Movers in July 2022, for big move from Tri-Cities to Fraser valley. The truck was right on time, the 3 movers were very professional and wrapped our TV, Chairs and dining set in Blankets. The movers packed the truck in such a way that everything fit, nothing was left behind. The co-ordinator was absolutely lovely she went over the list and price no extra charges everything as quoted. Our neighbours were asking and took pictures of the ph# on the truck to recommend to friends and family. I highly recommend this company they went above and beyond and I am very very happy. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Thank you Western Express movers ! So glad I used you for our move. Keep up the good work.

Moves aren't easy, but they make it seem like cakewalk.Special thanks go to Aaron, Julian, Dylan and Gad. Great team and they were very careful with our items. I was glad they could help and I trusted them enough to leave them with my home while I had to tend to other errands during the move day. They were also very clean, courteous with the new home, every step of the way.The team was fair where they would inform me every step of the way how much things would cost, how many people would be here to help, and how long they'd use for breaks, (merely nothing).Our move was a complex one for me where we had to swap out fridges and move a piano. Fridges are working, all of us are happy and the piano sounds amazing.I would like to add that all of this was done under the predicted time. Efficient team, cost efficient, very friendly and personable, professional. I'd recommend them to all my friends and family going forward.

I'd highly recommend this moving service. It was probably the least stressful part of my move.. The two who showed up, (I can't remember their names) were both fast and efficient and knew exactly how to best manage my situation. We were out of the building and into the new one, in under the time limit. I will definitely use them again, and I chose them based on price and reviews, so hopefully their prices stay the same. They do have a minimum of 4 hours required, but honestly, who moves in less than 4 hours.

The move went super smoothly. The guys they sent were quick and super nice. Hopefully I never have to move again because it SUCKS, if I did I would use this company again without question. Everything was packed and transported with care and attention to detail. Western Express made it as easy and smooth as it possibly could have been. Also the total cost came just slightly under the quote which was great!

I would rate zero if I could. Where are all the fast and efficient guys from the review five years ago? They are not professional just because they wrapped my furnitures with a cover doesn’t make them a pro. They don’t work like boom boom boom what’s next. If you value your time and money find someone else. They TAKE their time. They said they did it best and it’s normal hours they work but it only sounds to me that they’re just bad at their job. I move every two years and never ever heard or took it this long. I live in a one bedroom unit and with my friend and me we made it in 2 hours but these guys took it more than 4 hours. I mean I can clearly see when he takes his time to put a bed beam on a frame for 10 minutes obviously they’re not working hard enough. If you don’t care your money and time and just need someone to move call them but if you don’t wanna pay almost $900 to move one bed suite don’t even bother to look at their website.

Sara and her crew are amazing. We've availed of their services for 2 big moves, one on April 2nd and previously about 3 years back. We've recommended them to family and friends and they were very happy with them as well. So, on record, at least 4 moves with them.Sara and her team were very professional, punctual, and efficient.Right from day one, when I contacted Sara, she responded within a minute. Sara has been my point of contact, and she is very responsive.They showed up at 10 am as decided earlier on the dot and got to work right away. Sara is very detail oriented and meticulous. She recorded a quick inventory, got through necessary paperwork, and a few abquick briefing to crew from me. they got to work right away.Crew, James, Jay, and Shawn were very careful with all the furniture, very polite and super efficient. They shrink-wrapped, blanket wrapped all furniture, and anything they identified that needed extra care without me prompting.We packed and boxed all our goods ourselves. Nothing got damaged or scratched with their handling.They were very careful of the walls at both places.We had a challenge dismantling a few large furniture items, and the crew was able to work with that and carefully transport those as well.I especially had few very different challenging items that were large and heavy that were handled with utmost care and moved nicely. (Airplane Parts!!)There were large heavy and delicate items like glass tabletops and large 85 LED TV

Amazing team!They helped me out immensely. I was given a package deal that included packing, moving and cleaning services and boy did they deliver! The costs were reasonable and the service professional. Would highly recommend these guys.

Can't recommend Sara and her team enough to coordinate a move. We ended up getting a really good deal to move our 4 bedroom townhome, which included renting totes and having packers do our kitchen and bathrooms. Will definitely be contacting them for our next move in the future!
