Chem-Dry of Saskatoon

i was very pleased with the results of having my carpet cleaned professionally by ChemDry Saskatoon on December 5th. The fellow who did this work was very nice. He was a comfortable man to have working in my condo while I stayed out of his way in my kitchen so that he could clean my living room and bedroom carpets.. I felt secure and safe with him in my condo unit. #312. This may sound like an unusual comment to you but I want to add it ...as I experienced an uncomfortable tv cable worker who I had to have into my unit to do some work for me. That was a few months ago. I did tell this Chem Dry worker that I appreciated his professionalism. Now about the actual cleaning. I am so pleased with how clean my carpets are now. And, I am surprised at how much more comfortable the carpets are to walk on. They feel thicker and more plush. Its amazing! Finally I want to say that the cost was reasonable. I was very happy that it was done at such a great price. Awesome! I will be calling Chem Dry again when its time to have them re-cleaned. Last of all I called your office minutes after he left my unit, to tell someone on the phone about this great rug cleaning experience. I asked for the workers name and she old me it was done by David. I am not positive, but hope we got that name right. if so please pass on my thanks to David. We called Chem-Dry after our cat decided to pee on the couch. They responded quickly and each person we had contact with, whether over the phone or through email were very friendly and knowledgeable. The tech, Brendan, was actually early and did a fantastic job! My couch looks and smells new - I can't thank them enough!! Definitely recommend!

Booked these guys to clean our carpets for a rental property. Got a quote very quickly, after a couple of emails had it all figured out and scheduled. Brenden did a great job cleaning, was very punctual, professional and all round a great guy. Awesome service, would use it again.

Chem-Dry of Saskatoon did an outstanding job of our carpets. I am so pleased. We have a lot of carpet all over the house and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Even the cream-coloured carpet in the basement and stairwell where the kids play and eat a ton looks amazing...like jaw-dropping amazing. Love Chem Dry of Saskatoon! Have been using them for carpets for many years in home and for rental property. They have handled fish sauce on carpet, kids ‘dirt’ on carpets and came back to help get smell out of carpet. This past weekend they wow’d us again with a couch cleaning that we have needed for years. Each and every time they call whether it’s office or cleaning crew they are super polite and always on time or early. Can’t wait to try the auto cleaning!

We have used Chem-Dry a few times and are very happy with the service. Our tech David, explained everything he was going to do before he starts and then provided options. I like that the equipment is all brought into my house and it is not some dirty hose that is connected to a truck outside. Our carpets came out great and dry in no time. The carpet tech was amazing, on time, walked me through the pet urine removal treatment process , showed me the black light assessment of the pee in the carpet from the previous owner!My whole house smelled so fresh after wards even though he cleaned the basement!I also love the spot remover cans they sell, honestly my best friend with two kids and a dog!Thank you guys so much.

This company, with the technician Dave, did an INCREDIBLE job with my couches and area rug. They look brand new! I hired another well-known company (rhymes with Ghostbuster) last year for the same job and it wasn’t even half as good. Light coloured upholstered couches vs. 3 cats, a 2year old and a husband who thinks “oops sorry” is good enough to keep using the couch as the kitchen table. Sigh. At least now I know I don’t have to worry so much because Chem Dry is amazing at taking out the wear that life leaves behind.Thanks Dave! And the follow up call to check in and remind me they have a 30 day warranty period if anything happens to show up is pretty amazing too.
