I gave 5 stars 2yrs ago. Now I would like to retract those 5 stars. I don't even want to give them 1 star but you have to in order to leave any kind of review. I payed $2000 for rear-end job only to find myself coming back twice for a leaky seal in 2yrs. Now I need a new rear-end again. Most definitely not a place to go for a rear-end job. After leaving this place I'm the one who feels like he got it in the rear-end. Never again buyer beware.

Thank you to Marcel & Russ as I now have a happy boy who now has a safe car back to drive. As a mother, it is a nice feeling and less worry knowing he is driving a car that is safe. Thank you for your honesty, efficiency and care considering the amount of work needed. It is very Much appreciated and I know we will be seeing you guys again for both our car needs.

I went through 5 different companies google reviews to find out where I was going to take my car to have my alignment done.It came down to Accurate Auto Services Inc based on there great reviews and responses. After now going here I would highly suggest it, the mechanic was very literal with what was done and bad with the vehicle and what can wait till another day. It was a great price and they were able to accommodate my almost like walk in appointment.Greatly appreciated and suggested

I have used Accurate Auto Service for over a decade. Marcel has always provided great customer service. He is very honest and reliable. He will make recommendations on what work needs to be done right away and what things should be done in the future. He definitely does not rip you off with unnecessary work. Prices are very reasonable.

Went in to get my tires changed. When they came off last season there were no problems. When they changed them, I had to bring them back and spend extra money to get the weights realigned. Also felt like I was overcharged for the back window wiper. Won’t be going back.

want to thank marcel for working on my 1991 dodge roadtrek, it needed front radius rod bushings done and an alignment, also needed a new gas fuel sending unit and fuel filter, great work, great price, would not hesitate to call on him again, thanks marcelrescued again by marcel, the rad popped, had it towed to his shop and within a day and a half made it to Elkhart and further and back, thanks once again.

Had my heater core replaced. Marcel did a fantastic job, best price of 6 local estimates, came in under estimated price and work was done on time. Vehicle was spotless when I picked it up as was the shop. Marcel is professional, honest and personable. Highly recommended!!!

Acurate Auto is awesome! I originally went there to get a car inspection done on a used car I was thinking about buying. It would be my first car and I knew very little about what to look for or how to maintain my car. Marcel immediately made me feel at ease and explained to me what I needed to be concerned about and to look for when buying a used car. The car I brought to him was the car I ended up buying after it passed his inspection. I have since taken my car in to Marcel for its first tuneup and brake job, awesome experience. Marcel is a very knowledgeable and friendly person and I will be taking my car back there for all its needs. They will only recommend what you need for your car and not what you don't need just to make money. Very honest and professional. Marcel has always answered all of my many questions and always made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Accurate Auto to anyone.

I’ve used Paul, and now Marcel for years. Some of the most honest, quality work I’ve ever experienced with very fair pricing. Can’t say enough of about these guys!!
