Amr helped me when I knew I wouldn't get timely help from my past web developers. I was moving hosting companies and the hosting company I left never would have responded to me in such a timely, responsive manner as Amr did. I would have been stuck and he really helped unstuck me! He took meticulous care to make sure every one of my emails was accounted for and backed up on each server until he was satisfied that we could let go of dependence on the old server and fully be on the new server.
