We had our van shipped to Phoenix on November 10, 2020 and received it as promised. Don was always available to talk to and we would definitely use his service again.

Excellent customer service, have had several vehicles delivered from Calgary to Ontario. Owner is extremely kind and professional. I recommend them to anyone because they are affordable and take good care of my vehicles. Thank you Phantom Transport!

Instead of putting your time to leave FAKE 5 star reviews for yourself and deleting the real reviews show some respect to your customers. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Great customer service, very accommodating to last minute order. Really got us out of a jam when relocating to another province. Would recommend to anyone needing to ship a car and would use them again if ever needed.

They did a great job for me, moving my antique car in an enclosed trailer. The manager loaded and delivered the car himslef.

Do not work with them, they are VERY VERY VERY unprofessional, he told me that he will deliver my car in 24 hours from Winnipeg to Mississauga. Once i paid him half and dropped my car at his specified place, he stopped taking my call for a complete WEEK (yes 7 days A WEEK). I had to find a guy in Calgary who can go to his work place in Calgary and then i was only emailed by him that we had some mechanical issue with the truck for a whole week (which made him not to answer his customer and let their car parked in unsafe place where anything could happen to the car. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. LOOK FOR A BIGGER AND BETTER COMPANY.

A truly professional and trustworthy company. We used this company to ship our expensive car shipped from Calgary To Toronto. The team works very closely with their clients and make sure your special requests (e.g., when you want your vehicle to be picked up, or time-window for delivery) are taken care of. I was more impressed with their efforts to make the overall shipping process very smooth. Overall, I strongly recommend using this company.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They deleted all their bad reviews and put fake reviews. We have been waiting more than 5 month for them to get back to us regarding $3600 damage they made to our car and still no response.

Don and Lisa are rock stars! I was looking to transport a vehicle from Vancouver to Calgary from a dealership. I stopped in Friday morning and I was lucky that they had a truck in Vancouver with availability and so by the afternoon it was loaded and off to Calgary. Lucky for me Don's driver took several pictures of the car prior to loading because there was some minor body damage on the vehicle the dealership did not disclose. By Sunday morning the vehicle was in Calgary. Phantom picked the vehicle up at the dealer at no additional charge. I felt like I was their only customer and really mattered. Don was also able to set me up with others to get the car fixed and get an out of province inspection.Its great working with professionals!

After inquiring with multiple transport companies and being disappointed by either price or the significant wait times, I was able to find Phantom Transport. Dealt with Haggar from start to finish. She helped to facilitate the shipping of my vehicle from Med Hat to Calgary. Phantom was one of the only Companies that was able to ship out on short notice and for a fair price. Not only that, Haggar was very friendly and responsive to my multiple questions. I would highly recommend their services!
