My husband was very well taken care of. During his last days on earth he needed Fentanyl for pain, they don't use it at this facility, he ended up transferring to St Joe's on Dr's advice.

Great Place to work! Supportive environment .Great co- workers. Ability to learn new things. Caring Management and team work. Friendly staff and excellent pay for the work you do. No shortage of work with plenty of overtime available if you're willing to work.

Enjoyed lunch with my son and his caregiver. It is a very nicely decorated and maintained facility. You do have to keep an eye on the staff as some of them fail to take proper care of the clients. Food can be a winner or a complete miss. I prefer to order a hamburger or fries. Pretty safe with that. Recreational staff are the most motivated and friendly.

Our Mum was a patient, and unfortunately died there. As she had dementia she really couldn't tell us WHY she had big bruises in strange places. Most of the nursing attendants seemed nice enough.It was clean, meals were so-so, but there was absolutely NO stimulation for residents.Our Mum spent 90% of her days in bed, alone, meals dropped off at her bedside...with NO ONE to assist her eating the food. When she supposedly slipped off the toilet..toileting privileges meant she was put to bed in a diaper to fill her pants". IF they actually got her up for the day...she'd be left ALONE sitting at a dining table for HOURS

Great place to visit, seems like most of the people who live here are well taken care of and happy.

The staff are awesome. This facility is clean and with what funding and private donations they get. They do there very best!!!!!My father is here and he is having fun with the staff.I can't say enough about the staff. They are the BEST!!!!

My father had severe dementia and died as a result of a fall. He was left in his room alone, surrounded by clutter.The poor man couldn't see, fell out of his wheelchair banging his head on night stand and died less than 20 hours later. He in my opinion was not well attended to and I would not recommend this facility to anyone. He sld have been kept in the common area where he could of been better watched.Distraught daughter.

Great facility. They are clean, professional and have lots of activities for the seniors. Great place to be.

Went with my sister here for a tour as we are looking for a place for our mom. was impressed with the look of the building inside and outside, not impressed at all with the tour as we were shown all the nice things that they offer, cafeteria, bar, outside patio (seasonal). Hair salon and physio that are in the basement. We were not shown any rooms (semi private or private) as none were made available to look at. Michael who is the social worker for this site was UNABLE to answer most of the questions, any questions he did answer was by saying he did not know or by how other sites handle things. During our tour the only staff we saw were sitting behind the station desks, and not one volunteer was to be seen.My impression on this place is it looks like a nice place to visit but I would not want to stay there.
