Big Steel box was a great company to deal with. From both the office and pickup/unloading drivers were very friendly and helpful. I hadn’t moved in 34 years and they made the process of moving which is so stressful easier to deal with.

This company was excellent! The delivery guy was super friendly and helpful. When I forgot the key to my container in another town, he was super helpful and went out of his way to make a solution work for me. The billing staff were also polite and timely. It was a convenient and efficient service for my move!

Some great people that work there however since they sold out from a great family ran company to corporate greed, some of the management acted very shady and were toxic to work for. They preached the usual 'Values' but unfortunately acted like most big wealthy corporations and put the money and profits ahead of their own employees. Certainly not a company I would recommend working for.

Been renting off them for months now, and the service is alright. Employees are very helpful. They tip the bins sideways, so make sure to store stuff safe from falling over. When loaded on a truck everything tips back, but in the yard they use a big fork lift. Everything needs to be safe to be tipped in every direction. Your bin will be stacked up with others, and there usually isn't enough room to access the door when in the stack. Need to request it to be lowered down 24hr in advance. Makes it pretty secure when they are in the stack.

No words for how horrible they made our moving experience and too much to say here.Bottom line, I paid them almost $5000 to store and then move my stuff when we got to new town. Was supposed to be hassle free, which was why we chose them.Our stuff didn't come for 4 days while being given the run around, excuses and alot of sorry". It totally ruined what should have been an exciting time for my family. I will never recommend them for anything."

Everything that was promised was delivered. My only concern was that even the large box wasn't enough to move my 5 bedroom home. You'll likely need 2 for your move, not one! The people on the phone were great, however. Friendly and super helpful. I would totally use this service again!

The team at Big Steel Box have been professional and by far the most convenient and economical way to make our move. The storage option was very reasonably priced, the drivers professional and communications with the office were excellent. For a DIY move it has been as good as could have been expected. We feel we definitely made the right choice with BSB.

The folks at BigSteelBox were fantastic from the first time I called them to the final pickup of the box after our move. Each ‘segment’ of the move was flawless. Communication at all times was positive, honest and calming. I would not hesitate to recommend BigSteelBox to anyone that is interested in doing a partial DIY move. You will not be disappointed!
