My experience with Lowes has been horrible. I placed an order for an outdoor storage on July 1st for it to be delivered on July 8th. The money was taken from my credit card the same day. This order has yet to come in and I’ve not gotten a satisfying answer. I’ve sent about 100 emails and called customer service about 100 times as well and no one was able to help. They transferred me to the supervisor who was extremely rude and had no idea how to solve my problem.

Worst experience ever. We ordered a Snow Blower and used for 3-4 times. It stopped working and when contacted Lowe's customer service they were not helpful at all. I spoke to the supervisor and didn't get anywhere. We spent $1500 on the snow Blower. On top of everything they can't even find our receipt because their system's are changed. Craftsman requires that I have the receipt in order to fix the Snow Blower (covered under the warranty). I have the order placed number and the date of transaction and Lowe's customer service was unable to locate the receipt. I would never recommend buying from Lowes.ca

I bought an item from Lowe's on April 4th online. They took my money instantly that day and for the past 11 days I have attempted to call them at least 30 times, their phone line is either busy or I stay on hold for over an hour and cannot reach anyone. One time after 1.5 hours online, I got a hold of an agent online and all they were able to tell me is that the store will call me when my item was ready.I finally got through to the store today and was told my item is ready for pick-up. I drove from east end of the city for 30 minutes to the York location and when my product arrived to the curb-side pick up spot, it was in terrible shape! The box was open and taped multiple times, box was discoloured and the top layer or cardboard peeled off due to being opened multiple times and product looked used! I asked for a new one and they said it was the only one they had.I understand that during these challenging times, companies are a little slower in delivering their products but the service levels are beyond pathetic. There was lots of lead time for these people to allocate additional resources to their e-commerce side to handle the additional volume of calls and besides wasting 1.5 hours of my time. I also lost 50% off that this product was on sale for.I will NEVER shop with this company again, there are plenty of competitors that offer service that is far superior. Shame on you Lowe's!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ONLINE! I ordered a $200 gift on the first day of July. It is July 23 and the package was never delivered because of the incorrect address and I have called Lowe's customer service 3 times to try to resolve this. Each time I called there was no conclusive action taken and absolutely not helpful. They kept telling me I could not return it online and would have to wait until it is shipped back to the warehouse for them to process my refund. Today I called and they said they have 'put out a trace on the package' since they have not received it. Purolator's tracking clearly states that it was delivered back successfully 5 days ago. Absolutely unhelpful customer service, very disappointed.

Every time I come to this location I’m greeted politely and always asked if I need help with anything. Today I came in with my sleeping toddler in one arm and the members were very insisting on helping me (a “strong” 230lb man) carry my purchases to my vehicle. Very nice people working here.

Today I ordered by phone an item only available on line and because I requested a price match I called customer service and the lady approved the price match then she asked me if I wanted to place the order now and I agreed, she took all the info including my email, my cell # and the credit card details and she processed the purchase then she told me I should receive an email in few minutes with the confirmation and the order # and the receipt. Waited for an hour after the call but no email. I called the 800 # for customer service explained everything to the lady then she found out that there was a spelling error in the my email entered on my order. When I asked her to fix the error she said she can’t even though it was their mistake incorrectly entering my email wrong. According to her I have to cancel the order reapply for the price match, then order again????Now they charge my credit card already, don’t have an order# or a receipt, further more I won’t be receiving the tracking # and the shipping date because all the info will be sent to the wrong email which was entered wrong by them. When I asked for a supervisor to talk to, she said no one is available and it will take 24 to 48 hours for someone to call me to fix a problem they have caused!!Very disappointed and frustrated if I can give no star at all for customer service I will

Google has to enable giving zero rating. Because Lowes deserves 0. Ordered vacuum online using the black Friday deal. After accepting the order , it got cancelled the next day stating 'out of stock'. I thought bad luck and left it. And the very day after the order is back online without the discounted price. Looks like they dont want to give it to me for discounted price, so they cancelled it and put it back on stock with original price. Awful customer treatment.

Not sure if I spoke to someone at this location but I called customer service after a horrible experience at one of their locations and they were able to help me out and made it right by heavily discounting the trailer I was interested by almost 60%. Customer service from the head office is great.

Ordered a bathroom sink- Did not receive it- Address on order is in system correctly but shipper is saying that I have moved- Unit is apparently now going back to manufacturer, and Lowes will not issue credit until manufacturer has received the product back, in a few weeks. Customer service has no ability to issue credit, and I have to hope that the manufacturer receives it back. Currently on the hook for a sink that has never been delivered and I have to trust them. Ordering on line from Lowes has been difficult in the past also and this is the last straw. Have a commercial account but it's easier to deal with HD. Will be cutting up my commercial card- It's just too difficult to deal with this company.
