Oak Tree House Inc
Cost: $2700/one $3600/two in one room. Food is ok. 3 floors. Cafeteria on main. Includes 3 meals/day. Emergency button beside bed. Microwave and small fridge in room. Large bathroom. Self-serve laundry. Everything else is extra $$. Major advantage is all staff and residents are Cantonese speaking. Staff are nice. Aunt is currently there.

No air conditioning. You walk in and it feels like an oven, the elevator is worst. No air circulation in the hallways or bathrooms. Even during heat waves they have no plan to keep the place cool for the seniors.
