Scholars of Oakville West

We engaged Scholars to help our son learn to read. He's been going to Scholars twice weekly since September 2021 and has made noticeble improvement in only 4 months. He's gone from being able to read some sight words to starting to read early-reader level books with a little help.Sarah and her team have been incredibly supportive, adaptable and flexible, tailoring their approach and the teacher our son works with to best suit his learning style and needs. Perhaps most importantly, our son has started to gain confidence in his own abilities.We cannot recommend Sarah and her team at Scholars' enough. With all the disruptions to learning brought on by COVID, we truly believe the developments our son has made with reading is due solely to Scholars.

Amazing space with very experienced and caring teachers who will take the time to create a program that is the right fit for your child. Sarah is one of the most caring and compassionate educators that I have ever worked with. She will help you advocate for your child. Highly recommend.

I am so happy we tried Scholars, West Oakville. Sarah has been wonderful to work with and very helpful with my 3 boys. The tutors at Scholars - West Oak Trails have been amazing. My son was there to improve his writing skills, and in a couple of short months there's been a huge improvement. They are very dedicated to their students, and learning is done in a fun, motivational way. Sarah, the owner, knew how to place him; and as an educator she knew exactly what he needed to improve his skills. The best after school learning centre that brings decades of experience with a kind and caring atmosphere. My kids felt comfortable and not intimidated to learn and grow.We started working with Scholars during the pandemic. My kids were falling behind in their studies because of the online learning. Sarah, helped us identify where my kids needed support and worked with them in those areas.Today, my kids are excelling with great grades in the classroom. Math has now become one of their favourite subjects and they’re even looking for more challenging assignments.Highly recommend taking your kids here. I would highly recommend Scholars Education Centre. Our son has had a very positive experience. Sarah was wonderful and accommodating.
