We had precision take down two large fir trees in our backyard very close to our house, fence, and neighbours home as well. They were extremely professional, and safe. They took the trees down in large sections per our request and it was really quite impressive what they were able to do. Highly recommend. Good prices, reliable, safe, efficient.

These guys were just at my house, and they did a great job. They took down an 85' dead tree in the corner of the yard with some serious precision, like threading a needle. They also trimmed some branches for me and did everything so fast--I couldn't believe it. I'd definitely use them again.Just used them a 2nd time to take out 3 stumps. Great work that came in under budget.

We were really happy with the service. James was very prompt and professional when we requested the quote, and his crew was also very professional and safe. They removed two trees and trimmed the branches from two others in our back yard, and left the yard in excellent condition.

My first experience with Precision Tree Services Ltd was online. Their webpage is clear, colourful, amusing and easy to manoeuvre. I requested a quote for the pruning and removal of black knot from 3 fruit trees. I was contacted immediately by email and a visit was set up within a couple of days.A very personable young man came to give us a quote. I was impressed that he was quick to note fruit trees weren’t his expertise and he would have another fellow stop in to give his advice. The same day I received a quote, and a valuable explanation on how to decipher it.I will note here that I called 3 other companies in the Valley for quotes and not one even returned my phone call.Once the quote was accepted Precision contacted me, we set up a date and time, I was even told in advance who was coming by name. They arrived on time, were polite and very concise in their work. Cleaned up afterwards and answered all our questions. Our trees have never looked so nice!I would gladly recommend Precision Tree Services to anyone looking for quality professional work.

James and his crew at Precision did an excellent job of removing a tree on our property on April 6, 2018. James was very quick to respond when we asked for a quote and was able to remove the tree within a couple days of getting the go-ahead. He went out of his way to accommodate us and do the work before the scheduled pouring of our new driveway concrete. The tree was very close to live Hydro lines and I was very impressed to watch how the removal was conducted so safely and methodically (with 'Precision!'). They took great care not to damage our driveway formwork or anything else, including plants and our neighbour's rickety fence, and did a great job of cleaning up. James and his helper were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would use Precision again and highly recommend them.

Precision Tree services did a great job from the beginning of our communication to the very end. They were available for questions and got to our job quickly. The crew was on time, polite, and watching them work was so fun. Clearly they have skill and safety prioritized.

Well, your truck and crew just pulled out of the driveway and we couldn't be happier. From the prompt response to a request for a quote to scheduling the job and execution, five stars. Communication with the office staff was clear and concise, quotes were detailed and clear. The crew were professional and efficient and practiced safety protocols. Clean up was complete. The only thing that could have made it better was if you threw in a facial to fulfill the better looking promise!

We had a large tree come down in our back yard and the City of Courtenay had this company come to take care of it after the huge windstorm we had last week! They were here when they said, very efficient, friendly and did an awesome job!!! Thanks to both Precision and City of Courtenay!!!!

We had Precision Tree come by to remove a couple trees that were too close to the house, as well as trim up a bunch of others. They were efficient, safe, knowledgeable and super professional. Even when James came to quote on the job he took the time to explain things very thoroughly and educate us on trees and pruning which we really appreciated. We learned so much! We highly recommend Precision to anyone needing to maintain their trees.
