If you're expecting small business service, keep looking. After getting stuck with a 15% restocking fee for products that hadn't even left the store, I can tell you any plumbing contract work I need done will lose out on my business from now on if they choose to use Emco. I am beyond disappointed.

I found some of the staff unhelpful, and at times, condescending. I'm sure if you're an expert in the trade, ordering exactly what you need would be easy enough, but any hint of uncertainty can make dealing with them unpleasant.

Always helpful and knowledgeable. They designed our radiant floor heating system, packaged all the parts and answered every dumb question I ever asked. Since then they've been great in getting parts for the boiler when needed. The only thing that bugs me is that it takes up to 2 weeks to get parts in.
